I purchased a CPO vehicle from a dealership in Ohio and needed an extra key fob programmed. I called and spoke to the service manager, Brent, and told him what needed to be done. He said no problem, swing in and we'll take care of it. 20 minutes later I was there and they took care of it at no cost to me. Customer service right there! I will be going back for any issues!

Shepherd's always takes great care of me. Anytime my vehicles have a problem, I know I just have to call and they'll get it fixed, and fixed right. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for service, and I wouldn't buy my vehicles from anywhere else either.

I was VERY impressed after my oil change. The gentleman who works in the car washing department (Brandon maybe?) actually washed my car inside and out. When I picked up the car, all of the blankets in the back seat were folded, all of my dust was gone from the dash and the front. I got so much more than I asked for. This is a very normal thing at Shepherd's GMC and I will continue to go back because they take such good care of me!

I have so much to thank Shepherds for. They have always been so willing to help me out whenever i have issues. When my window was broken and stuck inside my door panel, (in the middle of winter). they took the time to tape it up and re-tape it, so I didn't have to drive with the freezing cold air blowing in my face! I will always trust them with all my car needs.
