  Ordered a part and asked for express shipping. Never received tracking info like promised. Oh well, thought part would come in 1 full day anyways. 2 days later I call, and am told the part was never shipped because the person that places my order was fired and they were closing for the weekend. Needless to say I needed the part immediately, and could have had the part today if customer communication was more throughlt approached. Hopefully this was an issue of a bad employee gone. However I'm still out the time and the part.
