I absolutely love the staff an dr at SVH !!! My dog had pyometra and she's older and I was very worried about her because I had been told negative things about her getting surgery . Dr.Eads made me feel at peace after explaining everything and telling me what they would do for her surgery! He and his staff truley have a genuine interest in helping animals !!! So thankful my sis N law recommended me !!!

I'm not one to post reviews but in this case I feel compelled to let people know how amazing the staff was when my puppy cut his leg! After calling two other vets in the Lewisville/Clemmons area with less than positive vibes for their concern to help my son (one wouldn't even entertain helping me and said I needed to go straight to the emergency vet without seeing his injury???), the friendly and extremely helpful/reassuring voice of Angela offered their assistance WITHOUT hesitation even though I was NOT a current client. When we arrived, EVERYONE was extremely kind and immediately started tending to my boy's injury, which required surgery to suture the wound. I am very grateful for their compassion and willingness to take care of and to mend my pup! Thank you to all at SHALLOWFORD ANIMAL HOSPITAL, you will definitely now be the primary vet for ALL of my pack!!!

We followed Dr. Eads from Kernersville to Lewisville, because of his compassionate, quality care for our pets. He is also professional and knowledgeable in animal medicine . His staff is courteous caring, and comforting . We would drive across the state to have him care for our pets; he is that good!
I highly recommend Dr. Eads for your veterinary needs.

I was recommend by my friend who is a vet tech, she said they are great with cats and that's what I was looking for. My cat is skittish usually but she was completely comfortable at this vet, so her good vibes gave me good vibes about the place. I got her treated for flea and a rabies shot. She's doing purrrfectly fine ! :) Hopefully this new 3mo. medication for fleas works, unlike the other products I've tried. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Great doctor! Great Staff and atmosphere! Made me feel comfortable to talk &be open with, he was open to many options and ideas for treatment for my cat and helped me figure out what is best for my cat and wallet. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend my friends/family to come here !

I switched over to Shallowford Animal Hospital a few months ago when Dr. Eads bought the practice, and I am so glad I made that decision. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Eads is wonderful with my collie. You can tell he honestly cares about not only the animals, but also the client. He does whatever he can and gives his honest opinion. I would highly recommend taking your animals to see him!

My wife and I have been bringing our pets to Shallowford Animal Hospital for almost 4 years now. Our dog recently needed several expensive operations at a specialist that was recommended by Dr. Herman. The operation was successful, but there were problems with the post operation where the sutures became infected because antibiotics were not prescribed by the specialists. Dr. Herman took it upon herself to fix the sutures, prescribe the appropriate antibiotics and topical ointment and board our dog for the entire day, completely free of charge to us because we had been loyal customers of theirs. My wife and I will be lifetime patrons of Shallowford Animal Hospital, not just because of this exceptional level of care they have shown us, but rather because this is exactly the kind of care they show ALL of their customers.

Dr. Hermann and her very fine staff have been like family to us throughout the years. Our flat-coated retriever LOVED going to the vet. She knew that she was loved and cared for there. I always feel comforted when I go in and see Melissa behind the desk. Those people are true assets to the community.
