Great Facility with plenty of warmth and comfort, single story building close to food and gas. easy to get to.
Staff is knowledgeable of area and goes to extra lengths to be helpful in providing you with beneficial directions.
Rooms are large and comfortable
Breakfast is typical Best Western but fresher then most others, now if they just had real coffee..

This was a very clean, comfortable room. We had a whirlpool room and it was clean and worked great. The hotel does smell a little like curry but it's really not that bad. Didn't get up for breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

The workers were very kind and attentive. I was very pleased with the room and how up to date the appliances and bedding were. There was plenty of parking and it was really conveniently located.

Very pet friendly and rooms on ground floor. Problem is that not all pet owners respect others and don’t pick up after their dogs.

Room walls are thin so if you have a protective pet, may want to see if you can get a room away from others.

Prices very good.

We found this motel thru the Va coupon book and were extremely pleased.
The room was very clean and comfortable and Kristi at the front desk
was helpful in telling us of a Chinese restaurant that delivered. That too
was excellent. "China Wok" fast hot (temperature) and tasty. We will chose this BestWestern if we are in this area again and would recommend it . Also forgot the woman who does all the breakfast work but she is a gem.Put food out so fast and kept the whole place as clean as one could ever wish. Good selection even had Soy Milk !!! A first for me and delicious sausages. The orange juice and eggs tasted "real"
not like some we've had at "free" motel breakfasts. The breakfast room
was arranged very nicely too. Wish I had time to use the poolnext time
maybe.

I stayed at the BW located in Chambersburg, PA, and had a terrible customer experience.

My experience was Terrible because of the overpowering smell of curry spice that permeated through out the entire hall where my room was located. As we all know there is nothing that can be done about the aroma and scents from foods, and perfumes, and that is not the core of my complaint. My complaint is that when reported to the staff and requesting additional accommodations, my request was ignored. When reporting dissatisfaction at checkout, my complaint was meet with call back later. When reporting the complaint to your customer support representative Anthony, my complaint was disputed with there was nothing they can do about the smell of food. As I explained to Anthony several times, my complaint was not over the smell that was making my wife sick, the complaint was that nothing was done, or no other accommodations were offered. My complaint is over how your customer support representative Anthony handled my call.

I hope this letter allows you and your team to address the bad smell that is throughout your Chambersburg, PA location, and I hope this letter allows you and your team to work on customer service skills.

Kristi at the check-in/ reception desk put us in an extra large room since 4 of us were sharing. It was very comfortable. In addition, a full hot breakfast was offered.

our recent visit to the Chambersburg, PA Best Western went very well. Pleasant staff and room was great, also the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this to any traveler finding themselves in that area. Have always found Best Western to be a good choice.

Hotel was in nice area an wasn't overly priced. Even though you could bring a pet which I don't have any you would never know people were there with pets..no smell or dog hair.. Hotel is in an area where there are a lot of stores an restaurants

We love staying at this hotel - clean rooms, friendly staff, close to many restaurants and shops - easy on and off from highway. Breakfast is a pleasant experience; especially the waffles and pancakes made to order. We have been stopping here for four or five years and like the constant updating and improvements that shows me that management cares.

Best Western Chambersburg is in an ideal location on I81the staff is most pleasant and very accommodating. Many chain restaurants are very close and even walking distancegood safe neighborhood and they even offer coupons to many of themeasy check in and out breakfast was also good and available early for your checking out. Great relaxing pool after a long hot day.Rooms are clean and hotel well appointed.
