Don't waste your money. They were quick to get out but the call and wiping off a sensor cost $89 dollars. The property was 3 blocks away from their offices and your magic wiping cloth shouldn't be that much! They recommended a thermostat which they couldn't put in for that price. Really.. make it worth my money!

Wow! These three were incredible! They worked hard all day inside and out where it was only 40 degrees to install my new furnace and AC. A big THANKS to Victor, Matt and Tyson!! I also received prompt (45 min.) diagnostic & repair service late one evening from Gabriel that kept the heat going sporadically until the new installation. Thanks to all.

We had a great experience with Service Experts. The technician that came and diagnosed the problem was great. He was very open and honest and gave us various options. We set up an appointment to discuss replacement of the system with a sales guy. Brad came on time and was very informative. He gave us a great price to replace the system. We decided to go with the replacement. Brad set up the installation right then for two days later. Tyson, Victor and Sam all showed up on time for the install. These guys were great. They were very clean and used appropriate tarps and vacuums to keep everything clean. Victor did a great job training us on the new thermostat. Overall we were very pleased. We have only had the system for a week but so for so good. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Service Experts of Provo.

Tyson and Victor were awesome.. Spent hours installing our furnace and AC unit and it works perfect. They were clean professional workers. No strange smells or loud music. I would definitely recommend.

We have always appreciated the service provided by the Service Experts technicians. They are always friendly and respectful of our home. We have the prepaid maintenance agreement with them and find that very convenient by paying a little each month rather than a larger amount at the time of regular maintenance. Service Experts installed our furnace and air conditioning systems 3 years ago today and they have maintained them since then. Today the alert technician noticed that our humidifier had never been turned on and that the air duct was taped shut. This meant our humidifier hadn't been working for these 3 years. He turned it on and removed the tape over the air duct. Why the humidifier hadn't been activated at installation time and why none of the other technicians hadn't noticed it was inactive during the times they had done the regularly scheduled maintenance is a mystery. We are grateful to Jay Shupe, the technician who came this time, for noticing this and fixing it. Except for this one little botch-up we are very pleased with the equipment installed and with the service we've received from Service Experts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, but I would suggest they ask for Jay when maintenance time rolls around.

We called for Jay because of several previous plumbing jobs he has done for us in such a fine manner. He has been prompt and very considerate, and we have noted how tidy and careful he is to never leave a mess. What I was most impressed with was that when I called on a Saturday, they were able to have a technician come to the house within 3 hours. I called five other 4.5+ star companies that couldn't do that. Not only did Gabe solve the problem, but he gave us education for ongoing maintenance which we will be using in the future. The price of service seemed fair. We had a good experience and the customer service was excellent.

Just had Jay Shupe repair my water heater a few weeks ago. The part was under warranty and he obtained and installed it. He drained the sediment out of the water heater and it has worked really well ever since.

I'm really impressed with these guys and the company. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I really appreciate that they came and installed a furnace, AC and water heater and did it in a timely matter and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks to Darren, Isaac, Tyson and Victor for doing a great job!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE EXPERTS. I made the mistake of hiring Service Experts in Provo to recharge the AC in our townhome. After everything was hooked up and coolant was being put in, I was told the price was going to be $160 per pound for R22. I agreed to it, but thought it was a bit expensive at the time. Found out later that my neighbor paid $40/lbs for the same R22 coolant a day after. In addition, they also didn't pro-rate the amount, so my 1.x lbs cost me $320 plus the $89 call out that was not supposed to be charged if they did any work. I feel ripped off and will never use or recommend Service Experts. I don't have any recourse, it's just bad business. I did agree to and paid the charges, but Service Experts lack ethics. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Jay and Gabe were professional, courteous, and they completed their job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and they were thorough with their work and patient with explaining everything. We highly recommend them. They represented their company well.
