Salisbury was great from the get go! We were pleased with the process and our timeline. We were told 6 months from the time we started and they held firm to that time frame. Reed Smith and Jake Argyle were both easy to work with and addressed concerns we had along the way promptly and to our satisfaction. We have had several minor warranty issues since we moved in which were addressed right away. Great experiance building our first home.

Rick Salisbury is an absolute prick! He is arrogant and uneducated. Our saleswoman refused to give us upgrades even though they were available. The house didn't match the plans we were given. There were large settling cracks all over because the homes are built too fast. Siding, AC units, paint, and electrical were all done cheaply and had problems.

I dont know were to start.
But what I can say is its " Not Built By A Builder". My kids and I were out and my oldest (13) wanted to build a shelter, well it turned out fantastic compared to a Salisbury crack house!!! Time really does matter, when your buying a home and remember EVER problem you encounter YOU have to have a listened contractor FIX!!! well if you want some money back when you try a sell your crack home. That's what I have been doing for the last 8 years in Lehi ranches. So if you have any question about my Crack House please fell free to call between the hours of 1000 am and 1600. Also I am a Disable Veteran and when it came time to fix my problems, well lets just say I can say the only problem they fix was the bathroom caulk around my bath. I also did find a relationship between FORD and SALISBURY but at least FORD has a 24 hour hotline and road assistance! I like FORD, Well the older ones. 1988 and before!!! I have been trying for 6 weeks, ever since we closed on our home, to get repairs done through the home warranty. I have large cracks in the beams, joists, and footings on my deck. There are cracks in the interior doors, construction debris in the air ducts, large cuts in the laminate, and the flooring transition piece is wavy, not flat. I have been asking them to honor their warranty, but they are not doing it. Once you close, they don't like to fix problems that come up. If you do build with Salisbury, which I don't recommend, hire an independent inspector, and make Salisbury do the repairs before closing.
