  When we walked in we were immediately greeted and shown to our booth. We took awhile to decide what we wanted and they didn't make us feel rushed at all. When we finally ordered we were surprised to get our food in about 10 mins. I was a little skeptical because of how fast it came out, but for the price the food is amazing. Generous helpings, fair price, and a friendly staff.

  Despite the negative comments I read on here I decided to give this place a try and I was extremely disappointed. I can't blame anyone but myself. I ordered delivery over the phone. First and foremost the man taking my order was incredibly rude and impolite. Then once the food arrived it was less than satisfactory. The fried rice was subpar and our noodles and chicken were cold. Will not order from here again.

  The food was okay but not great. We ordered the chicken chow mein, sweet and sour pork, cashew chicken, and beef and broccoli. I wasn't huge fan of any of it. The chow mein was fine, but the chicken just tasted like boiled chicken. The pork was probably the best out of all of the options. I thought the rice was fair. Our family dinner also came with a little meat pocket thing which was okay, cheese wonton which I thought was awful (my friends like it though), and an eggroll which was pretty decent. The only upside of this place is that they deliver. However, I didn't think it was worth it and probably won't be ordering from them again.

  This place is one of the best kept secrets of Provo. We've been coming here for over a decade. Recently, they changed from being a buffet to normal ordering of meals and what was a good place to eat has now become an amazing place to eat! Because the food is even more fresh because it's made to order, the food we've loved for so long has become even better. The service is great too. The people are so kind and humble. If you're looking for amazing Chinese food at a good price, this place beats everything in Utah County at any price!

  Buffet removed, despite the restaurant still being advertised as such. Overpriced for the quality, and service tends to be rude or nonexistent. I used to like the place because it was an all-you-can-eat buffet, and was reasonably priced for Americanized chinese food in quantity. But take that away, and you just have a plate of over-priced food and crappy service.

  Lotus Garden is my favorite place for chinese food. Sadly, the buffet has been removed and they have recently downsized the restaurant. It still has the best service. Cindy is the kind of person who remembers my kids names and asks about them whenever I come in. Try the Volcano Shrimp!

  Going down in my book. I went a few months ago and got a Chicken protein dish and it was their Cashew Chicken. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the amount of chicken in the dish. I dismissed it as a fluke or just this one dish.
  
  I went again this evening and ordered the Chicken Lo Mein. When I got home and started eating I was really having to search for the chicken. I decided not to eat any of the chicken to see how much was placed this this dish. I was shocked to find it was a very very small amount. So small that I actually weighed it. There was 2.1 oz of chicken.
  
  Sorry, Lotus Garden you are losing me as a customer.

  I love the won-tons here!! Chicken fried rice is good. Orange chicken, sweet n sour chicken, and sweet bread. You can get a free item for spending over $25
