Haven't gotten an oil change there, but their washes are good, the $4 wash got 3 months of grime off my camaro that was sitting in my driveway.

hands down the BEST srub-a-dub in the center city. don't mess with the one on appleton even though it's 5 minutes from my home. It seem like this one gives you a longer wash and use more soap to get cha right clean.

Thanks Scott for the great customer service. Really appreciate my first experience with oil change and free car wash with the change. Will recommend to anyone; great staff, customer service and fast! Will be coming again for more services if I'm around the area. Over all, 5 stars from a very satisfied customer.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation is on the left side but instead of having me wait, they said to pull in on the right side. Then, they'll just move me over afterwards so it would be quicker. Instead of having the next car wait approx 2 minutes before I was done the oil change, they started a new car who also had both a tire rotation and oil change. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes as a result of someone else waiting 2 minutes. Staff needs to improve communication and someone needs to manage.

Got an oil change here today it was quick, not to expensive, and Robert was really informative and polite and i got a coupon for a free car wash. I went ahead and got it right after and embarrassingly enough my window got stuck half-way down right before going in. The 2 men were really nice and helped me get it back up and laughed some about it and said it happens quite a bit .

I went here one morning and one of the staff members was not friendly what so ever. He seemed like he was in some type of hurry and wanted us out of his hair. I don't like that type of treatment. However, I get in and out fast. They have great prices and they always have some sort of coupon going.
