I just purchased a used Toyota Sienna from M&M and the process couldn't have been smoother. I felt no pressure while I looked around their lot/test drove a couple vehicles. Mike made the purchasing process painless and was great about holding the vehicle for a couple days while we got payment in order. Their prices are super fair and the service is top notch. We will definitely be back again next time we're in the market for a vehicle!

I just recently bought a used Toyota Sienna from M&M Motors. I'm extremely happy with the process. Mike did everything to make it as smooth as possible. He worked hard to find the financing that I needed for the car. His dealer advertises certified used cars and he truly means it as I found that the AC was not working after I had driven the car for a day. I brought it to his attention and Mike said bring it in. After ordering and installing the part that was needed to fix the AC it now blows ice cold. I plan to have the car serviced in the M&M auto shop as needed.

Two years ago I attempted to purchase a vehicle from here. I have a very good credit score and I already paid off a prior car loan purchase. The application for credit was incredibly long and there was a lot of very strange questions asked to me. I recall being asked my age which I don't even know the legality of. You seem like nice enough guys but you really need to get an outside creditor if you're going to have that much of an issue with people not paying their loans. In any case I ended up going to Landmark Credit Union and getting a very nice car at 1% interest.

Very Satisfied with company, the car I bought, and sales person Mike. He is very knowledgeable, I was not pressured. The car test drove smooth. He showed where controls were and that air cond & heat and lights working. He flipped up the hood and showed where everything was. The free 6 mos warranty on the major systems was icing on the cake. And Kudos to the company for putting Carfax report for their vehicles online for free.

I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner from M&M motors back in March. Right from the start I could tell it was going to be a good experience. I found the 4Runner online and immediately called Mike, one of the owners. We scheduled a time that day for me to come in and take a look at and take it for a test drive. Happy with everything about the 4Runner, I agreed to purchase it. Mike was able to find me a loan although my credit was not that great and within an hour I was out of there driving my new ride. A did experience a few small issues within the first couple weeks of owning the vehicle. I informed Mike about these issues and he got me in immediately and took care of the issues quickly and free of charge. My experience purchasing a vehicle from M&M motors was definitely a 5-star experience! Keep up the good quality work!

I thought it would be best to get in one good long drive with the new car before I posted a review, just so I could include as much info as possible. For background, my last car was a hand-me-down 2003 Ford Taurus, and after entirely too many trips to the shop for the same problems, I began my search for a replacement (used) car. I found a 2013 Toyota Corolla through Carfax and used their interface to contact M&M last Wednesday (7/26). Mike reached out to me the next Thursday morning (7/27), providing his phone number, which I called after work. He was able to give me a financing estimate in a single five-minute phone call, and asked that I complete a credit application to look over the next day. By 9:00AM on Friday (7/28), I was approved for financing, and just over 24 hours later (7/29), I was test-driving the car. Mike personally handled contacting our insurance company to ensure that the transfer would be successful, provided temporary plates and a license plate replacement form, and was overall friendly and helpful--the whole 9 yards.

2 days down with the car, including light side street drives and a few trips on the interstate, and everything is great! It's also good to know that should something go wrong, I can always contact M&M.

All I can say is wow - this place has been great to my family and I. I cannot thank these guys enough for all that they have done. I bought my first car with them when I was 19 and that is what started my family's history with M&M motors. My parents have bought about 3 cars from them as well and have had the best luck in service and friendliness. We have been customers of theirs for over 12 years - never had a bad moment with them. Mike is a friendly guy - remembers you right away and easy to talk with. I cannot say anything bad about this dealership. They won't run with your money, they are honest and hardworking people and there for their customers. They keep a clean lot, good cars and nothing but the best in customer service. Even if I have an issue with my current car (only slight with the rear view mirror thanks to my kid playing with it), they are there to help. Seriously, the friendliest and most honest car dealers that I have ever known. Visit these guys if you are looking for a car - they will help no matter what and won't pull you around!

I bought an awesome low-mileage '06 CR-V from M&M. The guys at M&M were knowedgeable, friendly, low-pressure and unusedcarsalesmanlike (I like that). The deal was fair and, overall, I am a happy camper. A very nice selection of quality desirable vehicles with relatively low mileage. Definitely worth a visit.

M & M Motors has a nice selection of used imports and Jeep Wranglers.

Mike Tripi was very pleasant to deal with during the sale. He stayed late on a Saturday evening to make sure all the details were complete. My wife and I purchased a low mileage 2003 Wrangler that looked and drove quite well for a 14-year old vehicle.

Upon closer inspection, our winter weather and road preparations had taken a toll underneath the vehicle. This required some repairs to bring the jeep up to snuff. Mike helped us make the necessary improvements in a very cost-effective manner, thus giving us a car that we can count on long into the future. As a result, we would be more than happy to deal with their organization again in the future.

I felt like it was a good deal when I walked in. I worked with Mike but everyone else was nice. No pressure, I flipped flopped over extended warranty and a few other things and they worked with em hassle free. I got a very nice truck and a good experience, would work with them again.

Today was my first experience with M & M Motors, Inc. I sent a service request email through their website yesterday late afternoon. I received an email response from Mike at 8:00 am this morning. We exchanged a few emails to discuss my car's issue. I then visited the shop to schedule service because the shop was on my way during errands. The very friendly service technician came out of the service bay to greet me. He then directed me to Mike. Mike walked out to my car to investigate the problem. Mike said it was a small enough repair that it could be done right away. I left 60 minutes later with new bulbs in the dash lighting up all the dials. WOW! The team at M & M Motors are spectacular. I am so glad their business came up first when I did a Google search for Subaru repair shops. Wish I would have known about them sooner to get a quote before I had some very expensive repairs done recently. They have a special canine greeter in the office who kept me company while I waited for repairs. Thanks Jack!
