Bought a used MB here and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! John, the sales rep that helped me is very attentive, caring and cares about his clients. He went out of his way to get the car for me, showed great communication skills and provided excellent service. The finance department did a great job at getting me the best possible deal! Thanks Cassandra :) My used car came with some dings and John arranged for it to be repainted at no charge to me! Everything to keep the client happy. I am definitely coming back in a few years to trade this car in and get a new one. Thanks IA, you earned a new loyal customer now!

Many thanks to Chris Street for reaching out to me in the showroom. I am pleased with my BMW purchase, and his (and Cassie's) help made it easy for me.

Terrible customer service. The parts department is non responsive and does not return voice mails even after several days and multiple attempts and messages left. Do your self a favor and go across town to the other guys that want your business.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with in 30 years of owning BMW, Mercedes, Chevy, and Harley Davidson. You can't get through to anyone; phone calls are transferred, go silent, and then just hang up. (It took four calls today to get through to someone). Service quality is atrocious and sales people seem to just hide out in their cubes. The location is not particularly close for me and one simple service issue (leaky tire) took three tries over a 14 month period to actually get the problem rectified. Go to UMANSKY motors for Mercedes! International Autos just sucks. They DO get one positive star because Kevin, their shuttle driver, was on-time, courteous and professional. Otherwise, I got my car back from the service department filthylousy service from this dealer.

Good luck finding a salesperson. I've bought 3 3-series and 2 5-series from them over the years, and am curious to trade in for a new 5 (even though my 2009 runs like a top!). I've wandered the lot and showroom for at least an hour at a pop. No one seems to be selling, I suppose.

Sales team feel as if they are better then you. Boarder line discriminatory. I have owned several bmws and audis but never have I felt so bad going into a luxury car dealer. A salesman named Jason Zachar was someone I would describe as unfriendly and patronizing. Please go to chicago or madison for an audi. This place should be protested against.

This is the most horrible customer experience I have had till date. I bought my Mini a few months back. The sales manager who helped me was amazing. No complaints there. But there is another guy called "Mol" in the finance department who was in charge of the maintenance contract. 1. He not only signed me up for a contract without giving me proper details but 2. After I cancelled the contract, I have not received the refund for about 6 months now. He cuts my calls, and when he picks up, says the cheque will be here tomorrow or next week. This has been going for 6 months. Not only have I paid additional interest to the financing company because I did not receive the refund but I have not protection for the tires as well. I plan on taking legal action.

We had a bad experience with the Sales Manager, a tall man with a suit on, forgot his name. He came across as rude, insulting, and not at all interested in selling a car. For the 2016 car which we had been interested, at the end of 2016, he stated that he didn't need to sell it, because he'd rather write it off as a loss or use it as a loaner car.

As someone with a history in sales, I don't know how they could have a man like that working for them and expect to sell anything. I wouldn't buy a bagel from him! We ended up buying a 2017 Mercedes the next day at another great dealership, and another car the following day and had a great experience elsewhere.

The young man we initially spoke with was very nice but couldn't really sell a car and unfortunately his superior really messed things up for him. I wouldn't return to this dealership due to the poor attitude of the sales manager.

My husband and I purchased a 2016 BMW through International Autos in Milwaukee. Our client advisor Andrew Leslie was great to work with from start to finish. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and design, he was responsive and great to work with. We also worked with Mo in the finance department. Mo was also professional and courteous and great to work with. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced through International Autos as a result of our very positive experience.

The easiest car purchase ever! It's the first time in my life that I was offered a fair price for our trade-in. The salesman was very knowledgeable with no pressure tactics. Mark made every effort to make sure we walked out of there happy. Everyone at the IA center from BMW to Audi were friendly and accommodating. We got a great 2014 Mercedes and my wife is ecstatic! We traveled to West Allis from Janesville and feel it was totally worth the trip.

Awful. Buyer beware. Will never go back. I would rate negative stars if possible. Poor communication. We negotiated a 1.49% APR financing rate only to have it changed to 1.9% when we took delivery several days later and were told they could not honor the 1.49%. They did attempt to remedy this by reducing the sales price somewhat. We were then sold an extended maintenance agreement under the impression that it could be cancelled and our financing terms would revert to the way they were prior to the maintenance agreement. We cancelled the agreement, but the cost of the maintenance agreement remained an "amount financed" and the monthly payments are now over $56 more per month than originally negotiated. The financial implications of the maintenance agreement were not clearly disclosed to us. It also took several requests to even get a complete copy of our sales contract. Never again. Next time, I'll drive past this dealer to get to the next one.
