Discovered a thumbtack in my tire this morning on my way to work, good thing I only live a couple blocks away from them and that they're open at 7:45am. Price was a little high to patch a tire, but they really got me out of a bind. Fast, friendly service. Would recommend if you live in the area.

I've never experienced service here because EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called in to make an appointment for a simple oil change, they are completely booked and won't make any oil change appointments after 1:30 pm AND they aren't open on weekends.
How is a person with a full time job supposed to get their vehicle in Monday through Friday before 1:30 pm????
I always try to support local and family owned businesses ESPECIALLY when they are near my home (I live about 4 blocks away from this place) but this is just ridiculous and very irritating.response / report this review -

The best most professional service I have ever experienced with auto repair. They went out of their way to help me out when the transmission for my Lexus failed. I sincerely appreciated all that John did to help and the entire staff was courteous.

This place did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. They were honest, got the parts within 24 hours, and had great communication. They suggested an additional repair which was not much extra that was probably honestly needed. Very highly recommended!

Disappointed in the price and the quality of the service, took my car to change the tire pressure sensor; luckily the sensor was fine, just needed a reset, which is the same process that you would do after oil change. They still charged me ~$65 for the service. Very disappointed, will not recommend this place!

The charge for even the quickest brake inspection and the staff will try to sell you everything they can. I brought two cars and will never go back to them again.

Very happy with my first experience at O'Gorman's. I was impressed with the quality of work provided by their talented technician Jake, as well as the high standard of customer service from staff in general. Jake did a brilliant job correcting a starting issue found to be caused by a mass air flow sensor incompatible with the car, installed by another shop. He resolved the issue so my 15-yr old car consistently starts AND runs beautifully with greatly improved overall performance. He also diagnosed and corrected a few previously undetected safety issues. Appreciate Maggie clearly transposing numerous details of the issue taken over the phone, and Pat providing updates on a daily basis and being open to discussing all repair options. At the initial consult it was reassuring that Angel & Maggie sat down and explained the scope of the work needed and details of part / labor cost. Angel's concern for the customer's safety assured me I was leaving my car in the best of hands. Appreciate Jake taking time to later go over the issue in person. After creating a positive 1st impression they did not disappoint. I can say without reservation that your vehicle and you will be treated very well. And if you request Jake as your technician, you will not be sorry.

I am newer to the Milwaukee area and was nervous about finding a good mechanic/auto shop that I could trust. I found the shop through the AAA website and new that I would be coming back after the first visit. It is a nice facility with a comfortable waiting room. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The deals/coupons are great, but my favorite is that they will provide a loaner car (if available) while your car is being worked on. This has allowed me to still go to work and not have to take a vacation day. I am very glad to have found a place I can trust.
