Honestly, I've been coming to this place with my family for years, but the condescending attitude I just received was unreal. Not only was one of the regular workers rude, but the Owner literally wanted to act as if me, the CUSTOMER is wrong. The point I was trying to make, is that the guy helping us initially had a very condescending attitude. Hey, maybe he was having a off day, but I've worked in customer service for 10 years and I would NEVER ever treat my clients that way and on top of that IF I DID, My Boss or OWNER would then step in and apologize and not act as if what I am saying is completely unfounded, hell wait until I walk out the door and call me a crazy broad.but seriously, to your customers faces you should be trying to make them happy. The man that finished helping us, I believe his name was Dean, AMAZINGLY nice. Was outside joking around with us. It was incredibly refreshing to have him take a step back from my initial complaints and still be so cheerful and helpful. Dean you are a sweetheart! Thank you again!

I ordered a part from Roz's and the company that shipped it lost the part. Jim was very concerned and immediately made the necessary phone calls to track the package. When the shipping company found the package Jim called me immediately and gave me my options to get my money back or wait for it to ship to me. I was very pleased with the service Jim gave me.

The attitude of the employee who helped me was rude and condescensing. I will use other area salvage yards in the future. In addition to that their prices are quite frankly stupid. Go next door to lkq and pick your own parts for a quarter of the price.

From one small business to another, these guys did a great job getting us in and out quickly with a very resonable price. They showed us the used tire first for approval before doing the job. We practically got a brand new tire for a fraction of the price of a new priced one!

Called for a quote on how much they would offer on my car and the guy on the other end was baby talking me and getting no where fast. So during one of his many pauses I asked if it would be a decent offer or not and he continued to talk over me and apologized but obviously didn't care. Then continued to laugh at my question and said he was getting to that hadn't I interrupted him. But I didn't call to have an hour long conversation and I didn't interrupt. Zero communication skills and rude.

They had a friend of mine fill out a blank paper with her contact information in it and sign it, tell her it was for her contact information but that turned out not to be true. They also didn't gave grievously different quotes on parts. Roz's had the car over 2 weeks and when my friend called two days in a row after hearing nothing for a week Roz's (Clair, the receptionist) told her to stop calling it's wasn't ready. Also, my friend is black and female which did effect the way Roz's treated her (if you read the other reviews of the place you'll see her experience of racism is not alone). Overall the experience was awful and it took me a while to stop my friend's crying because she had never been treated so poorly. I will be having my friend contact the Wisconsin Consumer Protection, NAACP, and maybe Fox 6. PLEASE, don't do here and support their hateful practices take your business elsewhere!

SCAM ALERT: This has to be one of the worst places if not the worst auto place I've been too. They lie straight to your face about prices, they are rude and extremely racist. Came here for something simple it ended up costing over $2,000. Stay away from this place please, I used to ignore the reviews but I learned my lesson. These reviews are needed and you must hear them out!

STAY AWAY PLEASE! these people are rude and they are scammers. STAY AWAY! they will lie about giving you prices , they will make you sign blank forms saying its only for "contact information" and then fill in the form with false info afterward without telling you! lie about giving you receipts and no money back for any wrong doing! they are racist and sexist and will treat you like garbage. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. you will regret it like i did
