The hotel is nice enough it's just starting to age a bit. Their outdoor pool area with water slide is very nice, and the kids had lots of fun!

We had an issue with our room the first night of our stay but the staff was very accommodating and got us moved to a better room right away and then even threw in free breakfast for our family for the rest of our stay.

I would stay there again

Bar service is awful with no bartender at all. We were waiting and someone from the little convenience store called them to help us today. We were hungry and waited but nobody showed up. We left the hotel to a local In-and-Out burger to eat something. Like my fiends say Sheraton is just an OK hotel and do not have high expectations.
The pool is ok and property is clean.

Hotel rooms have been upgraded - beds and carpet. Bathrooms and common area's are next and they do need it. The room was clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant everyday, either breakfast lunch or dinner. The food was outstanding quality and delicious.
The hotel staff was professional and responsive.

Checked in 08/20/17 at approximately 630 pm. Was not greeted by either front desk associate when we arrived, or while we where waiting in line. When checking in there was no mention of breakfast options or easiest way to get to our room. Disappointing considering the person that checked us in seemed to be the "boss". We decided to leave the hotel for dinner, while in the lobby I asked an employee for assistance with the wifi. The employee turned his back, walked to the front desk, handed me a paper with "instructions". Our experience in the first 15 minutes walking in the door was unpleasant, unwelcoming, and a disappointment. Our service at the pizza place down the street was a major improvement. The property is well lit and room was modern and clean. The customer service however of the crew working this evening at the front desk was horrendous.

Good venue for meetings and events of up to 500. Has ample parking. Centrally located. 20 minutes from airport. Easy interstate access. Nice facilities for outdoor events.

The entire place was nice and inviting - front desk and bar staff were super nice! The 3 story pool slide is the reason we stayed. My 10 year old daughter loved it. Got a good deal and stayed happy the entire time at the property. Family/Kid friendly.

It is a lovely hotel with great staff and amenities. We had our banquet in the ballroom and generally the food I other hotels is mediocre when you are serving a large crowd. My steak was wonderful, the salad was crisp and cold and everyone wanted more cheesecake! The convention rooms are spacious and we never had to worry about being crowded or not being able to hear.
Overall, the best conference I have been to for this group.
Would go back again and again.

This is a really nice older hotel in town I have been here for multiple conventions and they host several art shows a year. You know the starving artist kind where they have paintings for sale. Overall I rated above average but in the land of milk and honey it's pretty much just a good deal.

The property is super and the staff is awesome. Great pools, areas to sit, and well located with lots of restaurants nearby. The beds are really comfy and the rooms are really clean and well equipped. The club level breakfast rocks. Had a great time here.

I was only there for a 2 hour seminar and only walked from the parking lot through the main lobby out the back to the huge conference room where my event was being held, but I thought it was a very beautiful property with lots to explore and a peaceful courtyard with high handing trees. The property spans pretty far. It also has a parking garage. Next to the ballroom where my event was there was a tent set up to cook food for a separate event and it smelled delicious. If I have guests coming in from out of town, I will likely recommend this hotel as a good option.

Nice place, comphy clean rooms. Horrible location for traffic. Hard getting in and out with steady traffic. Close to a great thrift store and Tom's BBQ which was awesome

Best Place I have stayed at for Spring Training, gym is great, food is great, and it is nice and clean! Only negative is that the ice machine is down on my floor (4th) but it had kept me active taking the stairs to the 3rd floor for some ice! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall a nice place and friendly staff. We had a large conference and food was great at the catered events. Seemed a little short staffed and while very clean with great linens and towels, a decent lounge and restaurant, the rooms and public spaces need some updating. Pillows, beds, linens and towels were excellent! Wish for more variety on menu. Outdoor space was pleasant. Loved that there was Starbucks served at the gift shop, a life saver.
