The cost is the best feature. No one has cleaned thoroughly in a while, there are stains on the carpet and walls. It's a bit grungy for sure but the staff are nice and helpful and it's close to several shopping centers and the highway so its alright.

I TRAVEL FOR WORK AND HAVE STAYED IN MANY MOTELS AT BUDGET PRICES BUT THIS ONE WAS THE WORST I HAD EVER STAYED IN! IT WAS DIRTY, NOT KEPT UP, NO REPAIRS MADE, UNUSABLE SHOWER, UNFRIENDLY AND UNWILLING TO TO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES LIKE GIVING OTHERS A KEY TO YOUR ROOM AND THEY JUST WALK IN, CEILING LIGHT FALLING DOWN, HOLES IN THE DOOR, DIRTY WASHCLOTH ON THE CLOTHES RACK, DIRTY FLOOR AND ALL THE TOWELS WEREN'T CLEAN. IT WAS A DISGUSTING NIGHTMARE AND WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY NOT AT THAT PRICE! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS MOTEL 1 STAR UNLESS I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS.

Our stay here was great. We came into town to visit a family member and needed a quiet place to stay that was nearby. The first thing that grabbed our interest about this hotel was their competitive pricing, so we decided to book a room here for a couple nights. The service was excellent and they supplied us with the amenities we needed like towels and such right when we asked.

On top of all this, the management staff went above and beyond. My son left his 3DS in the hotel room on accident and the staff at the hotel found it and offered to return it to us. It's amazing these days to find a place with honest folks. The Scottish Inn did so much right by us, and when we stop to visit family in the area again, we will stay here!
