They could'nt give me a printed receipt cause of a problem with the printer. I asked twice to send me a receipt by email. They said they would do so, but I never received a receipt nor printed neither by email.
I really did not appreciate. I go at this motel twice a year for about the last ten years. I would appreciate more consideration.response / report this review -

I only rated 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. We rented a room here because we attended an event near by . In total with all of us we rented 3 rooms. For starters the bedding was all dirty and had burn holes everywhere. In one room there was old food in the refrigerator. Spoke to manager he refunded us $10 and changed the bedding. Well woke up Sunday morning to a cockroach crawling down the TV in one room and found cockroaches under the bed in another room. Took the dead roach to the office. She holds it in her hand and says yeah it’s a cockroach. They won’t do anything about it. My husband woke up covered in bites that we are guessing is from bed bugs !!! They carry roach spray on their housekeeping carts and said they have someone coming to spray this week !! So they are aware !!! Worst motel ever

Wonderfully updated room, smelling fresh and clean. Loaded with anything u might need like microwave. Tons of space. Wonderful check in, super friendly staff. Was the best expierence staying in motel 6 ever. Thanks a bunch!

This is my favorite motel in the Capital Region. It is reasonably priced, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and professional. And they actually have do not disturb signs, a rarity in the Motel 6 chain.

I've stayed here maybe a dozen times. For the price the room is acceptable. Check out time is 11am but the maids start pounding on the doors before 9am. High-speed wifi should not be advertised as it rarely works and when it does is slow.

First Impressions last. I didn't know what to expect from Motel 6 but I took a chance with a new chain and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted warmly at the desk by a family of owners and they were very welcoming, the rooms were Immaculate and modern and beautiful to look at. It's suited me well. I had a problem with the air conditioner for a moment they didn't hesitate to switch rooms and the rest of the night was perfect. Thank you will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this Motel 6. The rooms were clean and I liked the fact that you could order room service. Many Motel 6 locations don't have this option. There were a variety of menu choices which was wonderful as well. There was even a mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room. All of these amenities enhanced my opinion of this location. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and the staff was friendly as well.

Room was clearly redone not too long ago, but with cheap material. The sink was cracked in half, screw holes in the bathroom wall from the previous shower curtain rod, and the deadbolt didn't lock. Front desk said "don't worry about the lock. It's safe here and we have cameras." Two stars because it is so reasonably priced, but nothing else positive to say about it.

My room was clean, stylish and one of the new Phoenix rooms. The environment was quiet and I was not disturbed at all. My dog was allowed, which is refreshing for a change! :-) I wished for some facial tissue in the room and a food vending machine outside. All in all, a nice stay.

New clean rooms. New heater-AC system. No regrets for the price! Simple stay- all you need for short period. Warm rooms, no carpeting!) I lowed it. Coffee all day long free. Close to all town cafes and stores.

Overall I am satisfied with my stay. However, I only gave 4 stars because the microwave wouldn't work and I had no way to reheat my food and coffee. Otherwise, good location and a very clean room.
