Leaves in lobby. Fire greeted by a Vey page sign stating No Dogs.
Sidewalk to room broken and had to go through mud to get to room.
Very small room with low ceilings and very low counter tops and desk. Desk chair partially in kitchen.
Much more like a motel than hotel. While I had no issues, security of the room was a slight concern.
Desperately needs a major overhaul. The Residence Inn in Clifton Park is where I moved my reservation to after one night and is heads and tails above the Albany Airport Residence Inn.response / report this review -

Great place and staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a large kitchen. My 1yr old daughter expIored the entire room with glee. I love the setup because you feel like your in apartment vs being in a hotel. Breakfast is free and they have a lot of options including healthy choices. They have weekly mixers with free drinks and beer, didn't get a chance to attend but I have heard good things about it. Perhaps, next visit I will check it out.

The concierge Andrew was outstanding! I had been on flights all day and got in extremely late for business, and had to get back up in a couple hours to catch my flight back to Florida. At this point I had been awake for over 24 hours so I did not wake up to my wake up call. Not only did Andrew go out of his way to walk over to my room and make sure that I was up but he re scheduled my CAB so that I could make it to the airport in enough time to catch my flight. Night manager Andrew you are an awesome example of someone that takes pride in what they do, and had no problem going above and beyond what he had to do to ensure perfect customer satisfaction! Thank you Andrew! On top of this the room was beautiful comfortable bed, extremely clean I wish I could have stayed longer. Andrew keep up the hard work and know that it is not unnoticed!

Nice place that makes you feel at home. Rooms have some wear and outside has some water damage. Rooms are large and nicely priced. I would rent again.

Lovely Marriott property about 6 minutes from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average - I was offered a fresh smoothie while I was eating my eggs! Delightful touches like cookies in the evening and packages of earplugs by the bed to dampen any noise. Good WiFi. Lots of outlets. This is a good choice.

Awesome place! Best hotel stay I've ever had and I travel a lot! They had free hot breakfast, and free desserts with free wine and beer at night! Nice clean rooms with full kitchens and separate living rooms. They also offer shuttle to and from the airport! Very nice staff, they were all knowledgeable and helpful.

We came here with good friends of ours and it was nice to have separate rooms. We do find that this place is a little older and you can tell by some of the buildings appearance. The drive through the parking lot is in need of some repair. Will be trying the free breakfast in the am, hope it is good. Also the fireplace in the room was out of commission. Not the reason we came here but still would have been nice. If we would stay here again, probably yes. Thank you. We stayed in room 528

Extremely poor management . My wife and I were given the keys to an occupied room . Had someone actually been physically there It could have been very embarrassing or even deadly . I requested a different room at the hotels expense. The manager denied my compensation request . To make it more disturbing , after we checked out the manager called me on my cell phone to tell me there house keeping staff checked room 210 and found it empty , So no compensation was warranted . Not only did she accusing me of fabricating the story but they inspected the wrong room. , we were given the keys to 208 .
More The clerk that checked me in had very long finger nails packed with dirt . Disgusting , so zero stars from me !response / report this review -

Horrible expirience. The rooms were dirty and they treat customers horribly. Will never go back here. Not a welcoming stay at all. The staff is rude and disrespectful.

Friendly staff is down a Dead End Road witch at first seemed like a quaint little getaway spot. That is until the plane started taking off. You have to be a pretty sound sleeper or you'll be woken up early morning. Federal Express Jets were taking off and all hours of the night
