  My son purchased a used Jeep from this dealer today and it was a pleasurable experience! Our sales person, Kyle Schaffer was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, cooperative and most of all, "fair" throughout the entire purchase process. It was great negotiating/buying from a small community dealership like this one vs the large ones in Columbus, no stress, no sales games, no attitude. Thanks again Kyle!

  Schaffer Danhoff is a great place to buy new and used vehicles my wife and I just purchased our 6 vehicle from Kyle great salesman and person always upfront and honest with us and never leave there feeling like we were miss treated or screwed like others post on here! I also have family and friends who have purchased vehicles from Kyle and Schaffer Danhoff! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Schaffer Danhoff to anyone looking for new or used vehicles!

  This place is a joke the ripped me an my wife off sold us a vehicle that is junk we haven't had the car 6 months an have had issues from day one. Now the transmission an drive train is about to go out an we still owe 9,000 on it. Ego anywhere but here we feel like we were taken advantage of an played. I don't wish this on anybody so pleas go anywhere but here.

  Kyle shaffer was my salesman and he was great! Sold us a beautiful 2007 F150 and was courteous and helpful through out our entire visit! He helped with financing and even gave us advice on future options. I would recommend this place to anyone, they have wonderful cars and even better customer service. I will definitely return with my business in the future!!

  So many times buying a car is painfully, difficult and frustrating. Buying our truck was none of those things. Kyle was amazing. He helped us find a great truck, that had everything we were looking for.
  We had gone to 3 other dealerships before Shaffer, but hands down Shaffer was the best. You really can't beat small town service. Highly recommend. Will be back for our next vehicle.

  This place is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold my son a truck with bad u joints and a bad manifold. After they had supposedly inspected it. They offered him $400 to fix the manifold himself. We got the check a week later and the made it out to the wrong person. I call Saturday morning at 9 and there is only 1 person there and I was told they have a skeleton crew on Saturdays. Their mechanics don't know what they are doing and their management is horrible and apparently the person who cuts checks can't read.

  Super easy to work with, all the staff is always friendly and helpful every time I have needed assistance! Have bought 2 cars from them and have had no hassles either time. I recommend any of the staff there to help you buy your next vehicle!
