  It's just one of the most lovely of places to live year round.. lots of trees, surrounded by woods, away from the tunnel road hustle and bustle and a short 6 min drive to middle of Asheville. 90% of residents live here year round.. with modulars and campers.. the residents are all very neighborly.. Pool is amazing in the hot months plus new community center newly built, set up with washers and dryers and mailboxes and we love bingo and card playing nights. Autumn, who manages both rv park section and the hundred or more permanent modulars, is most delightful. She keeps a strick hand on rules of these parks and we are "greatful" for the clean and orderly here. Thank you Scenic RV for our (lil slice of heaven on earth) experience..
