Not transparent with pricing practices. Typically very long wait (even during times of little to no business). Biggest gripe is getting charged 50% of the cost of a new tire as a 'fee' to mount the newly purchased tire. This fee doesn't apply to the used tires they sell, which blows my mind. They will absolutely not disclose this fact to you before purchase, taking advantage of customers.

Our car broke down in Black Mtn on Sat night. We had to rent a car to get the last 4 hours in to get home. These guys had our vehicle diagnosed and fixed in half a day. My husband was convinced the motor was blown. They could've very easily been dishonest and charge us an arm and a leg to fix it. They were reasonable and honest and quick and fair. Thank you very very much for your service.

Very quick. Stan communicated with me every step of the way, calling me to let me know if changes or details concerning the work being done. They were thorough and fixed a few things I had not known needed it.

If I could give them less than 1 star i would, Would never recommend this place to anyone. Made my parents feel as if they were discriminated against. Horrible customer service, slammed my fathers car door after he asked for the car back due to waiting for longer than 45 minutes when there was no other cars. They Said the inspection machine was not working but that was after my father had to question it because they left his car running. Then the employee who slammed the door was aggressive towards my mother. He got in her face after she confronted him about slamming the door then he proceeded to get aggressive with my father as well pushed him all while NONE of the other employees nor MANAGER tried to stop the situation. They all stood and watched one of their own employees threaten and push a CUSTOMER, My Mother stated she was going to call the police she was so scared and he proceeded to raise his voice and say how he isnt scared. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS. How can a manager allow this type of behavior. Please DO NOT support this business. We have placed a formal complaint with the BBB. and we want justice, no senior citizens should have to deal with this type of childish rude and threatening behavior.

Treated my Father and Mother (both senior citizens) with the utmost disrespect. They went there for an inspection and after almost an hour of having the Truck running, an employee proceeded to slam the truck door. When asked about this by my mother, THE EMPLOYEE CAME AT MY MOM AS IF TO START A CONFRONTATION. when my father got in between them to protect my mother, THE EMPLOYEE THEN PUSHED MY FATHER. While this whole event was happening, neither another employee or manager did anything to calm the situation. How can a company act like this in 2017?

You will not find a more honest reliable and skilled auto repair shop anywhere in the area that I know of. There is a reason they been there three generations and they are always booked full with repairs. A business that operates with honesty, integrity and transparency and always puts the customer first. Old school service the way business is meant to be.

I usually go here for my inspections. Have had a couple minors repairs here but the biggest comment should be about reliability. They have been in that spot for many years with a consistent great service and I hope they are there for many years to come.
