Great location and it is a nice, comfortable place. There aren't a lot of local stores or restaurants But that isn't a huge deal. The rooms are comfortable and the conference center was actually very nice.
Staff was great. Rooms were clean. And pillows were good. Super busy hotel lobby. Enjoyed my three day stay. Would return.
Great hotel working at a high level of service.
Offers a heated pool, a very large Gym (divided into two rooms), a Starbucks and a verity of other guest services.
There's a great running / walking trail nearby called the "San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail" which is great for a morning / evening run.
Agree the place has seen better days. Two of the floors are Courtyard rooms, and despite paying for the hotel, I got one of those rooms. The hallways are right out of the 70s, but the rooms are not bad. If you imagine this to be a motel, it'd be a decent one.
This place has seen better days. The plush interior seems strangely antiquated and will somehow not resonate with the hip and fresh style of the valley. Long and maze like hallways will make you want to spread bread crumbs to help you find your way back to the lobby. However, the bar will not disappoint you. Food and drinks are of the quality you would expect in a Marriott hotel. All in all it was an ok stay, far from being remarkable but just as far from being really disappointing.
Was at this hotel for a conference over two days. It is a good environment with decent size rooms for a small to mid size conference. The food was of very good quality including some healthier options. Overall positive experience. Minor improvement could be better temperature adjustment; some of the salons were pretty cold.
Location is good and it has its own Hertz rental which is great to have everything in the same place. Venue is massive and has a certain labyrinth feeling to its corridors. Rooms are clean and decent size.
Comfortable with a large spread out layout. The public wifi runs well, and the rooms are relaxing. The air conditioning was turned too low, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it up. Our events were held in distant corners of the large hotel, far from the lobby or our rooms.
The Parcel 104 restaurant is an excellent weekday lunch destination. Few patrons mean excellebt service and attention. The menu is limited in a very good way, and each starter, entree, dessert and seasonal cocktail selection is superb. This last visit, we enjoyed an organic cucumber infused Tom Collins; the fresh catch salmon; a simultaneously spicy and refreshing Asian chicken salad; and what the waiter convincingly touted as "the best burger in the Bay Area" (hard to argue). On the pricey side, but great for client/prospect meals.
Been a few times for business. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is comfortable and a nice venue for our events.
I cannot sleep with out some white noise or a fan running. I called the front desk for a fan and they had it at my room in Lee's than 10 minutes. They do seem to take care of me.
The sports bar in the lobby is fairly well priced and the food was quite good.
Top notch hotel with a good bar and restaurant. I found everyone working there to be friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice and new for the most part. Bed was comfy. I woke recommend you stay here next time you are in town.
Great staff, clean room and comfortable bed. I had the luxury of spending 5 nights here and it was quite enjoyable. The pool area was pretty nice (I didn't spend much time there). The staff were friendly and helpful. The sports bar inside, while boasting hotel pricing, was a great place to hang out. It's very busy with people from all the area tech companies so there's a great energy in the room.
The view from the room was nice. I was also attending a conference there and can say the staff did a good job with that and the food they served during the conference was very good.
We got a double bed room, which was spacious close to the convention center. The staff was really nice. We got out of the event late, then started checking in after midnight and the front desk lady happily helped us. We were very satisfied with our stay!
Overall experience I was thoroughly satisfied. Check in was very quick and the front desk staff was nice. We got to our room and the Door wasnt working. Maintenance was there within 5 minutes and found out the door battery was dead. They resolved this problem within a few minutes and even gave us a voucher for food and drinks. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was a little tight. The valet staff were very nice too. We didn't even valet our car and chose to self park but the valet remembered my face and made it a point to greet me whenever I came back. I'd recommend this Marriott hotel when needing a place to stay in Santa Clara whether for business or for a Levis Stadium event.
The location is easily accessible. It's close to Great America and right off the freeway. The room we had was right next to the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. Room service was quick and efficient. The only thing I would suggest would be providing a refrigerator and microwave in every room.
