The staff is amazing! From the front desk to housekeeping. The room is a nice size and the bed is very comfortable. I slept like a baby. 👍😊

You guys absolutely suck to be honest horrible attitudes office and housekeeping. Booked from phone and told us we never booked asked for pool side got put on back side in a room that the bed looked like someone just pulled the sheets down on one side and laid in it then left half the channels were all static gave us another room that was trash all trash to be honest never again

The air conditioning is not uniform. I got sick over the weekend stay at the hotel and haven't been able to recover from that in this Bay area weather.

Cheap. Well worth it for the price. The motel was clean and the staff was nice. The wifi isn't free and the tv picture was bad. The location was awesome as it was a very short walk to the light rail.

Motel was nasty! You have to pay for WiFi! Couldn't charge our phones outlets were ugh! Every time try to plug in charger it kept falling out of outlets. Old school television. But they had security for parking lot..really? Never again going back. It should get a ZERO!!

Excellent staff accompanied with afforadbility. I received a warm welcome from everybody. This place is excellent and all of my needs were catered to, even the ridiculous ones. If you're waiting for a flight and need to be frugal, this is the place.

Misleading reviews! I've stayed at a lot worse places but not much worse. It's true . There are a lot of residents here, also a lot of workers from out of town. Security isn't all night, just till 4 am, but depending on the guard working There that week (always different ) you could be ok or not ok. I've caught a few sleeping and a few made me feel better about my vehicles being there. The WiFi isn't free like there website says it is. There is free coffee! Its not too bad either.

Stayed for a night, booked online through expedia but our reservation wasnt found. Their system seems to be a bit dated but their staff was accomodating and helpful. Room was simple, no functional problems, no real complaints. Noise can travel through walls a little

Cheap accommodation, a fine bed and bathroom for a night but not much more. Wi-Fi is below average. Staff are friendly though.

Staff was nice and helpful, all night security guard and a lot of permanent residents or people here for work. Lower rating because the rooms are fairly simple and out of date, they do get more than a few transients. Tvs are ancient but they do have HBO. Good choice for the price and the area if your trying to save money.

Pros: the room was clean and the hotel is close to the airport. Cons: Broken refrigerator and TV. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty. Dated and ugly rooms. No free WiFi. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. I would not stay here again.

My family and I were on a vacation and needed a place to stay after breaking down The new owners at this hotel were so understanding to our needs and really went the extra mile to help us. I highly recommend this hotel if you cannot afford the outrageous prices of higher end hotels. It's quiet and safe, more so than hotels way more expensive in the area.
