The Staff are very friendly, and the rooms are great. Good breakfast selection and the afternoon mixer is a great way to mingle and get a snack or beer.

I stayed there for 1 month and had great experience. Apartments have fully functional kitchen with all the necessary elements. All amenities are great like Gym, pool and great breakfast. I wish there could be any play area for kids.

RI 1 is an amazing place to be, especially if you are looking for long term stay. The studio rooms come with fully furnished kitchens. There is a natural pond inside of the property with flowing water, ducks, Bridges and grass on the shore making it my favorite choice of stay in the Bay area! The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast everyday and has social gathering with beer and snacks on 3 days in a week! You can also get yourself a penthouse if you are visiting with your family or a big group of friends.

A great place for the long haul guys. I have stayed here for more than three months. The place has great breakfasts, a reasonably equipped gym and a big laundry. The rooms are quite big with a huge kitchen, a living area and a sprawling bed. There is plenty of space for parking. Overall a very good place close to lot of company offices.

If I could give this nasty place a ZERO I would. The room was very nasty. The carpet was filthy and smelled like dead cat. My allergies were killing me The curtains needed to be replaced. And a tic was found in the bed. And it cost so much. We had to stay for a week. I looked for a new place and nothing was available. I would not recommend thus grossness to anyone. AWFUL!😣

Awesome place, very helpful and kind staffs. I like overall concept unlike multi story hotel with rooms next to each other this one is a individual houses. I think each house has about 4 rooms (2 on the ground and 2 above) and each with a fully operational kitchen is simply superb.

I really like the pond with ducks. Ask for room 2513 if you would like your balcony with a view to ducks and ponds.

One thing I didn’t like much is same breakfast everyday. I stayed there for a month, I couldn’t have anything for breakfast except a banana for couple of days in the last week of my stay. But that’s not gonna stop me from coming back to this wonderful place.

My stay here was par excellant! The staff was most helpful, the room most comfort and exceptional, and my morning breakfast repast, OUTSTANDING! I even got directions to a Fry's Electronics in the area I had forgotten about If I could pay rent, I'd stay there! Keep up the excellent and outstanding work, Residence Inn! I will be with you all again!

Check in was smooth, they honored my request for ground floor. The room was clean and well appointed. Only thing was one phone was out of order. I would recommend to stay here if in the area.

Room is nice and the AC works great. They have a happy hour in the lobby on Mondays and Tuesdays. Nice location with tons of good food offerings in the surrounding area.

Lots to improve on this property, the breakfast is definitely not the quality I found in other properties of this chain. I you just come for a long stay don't expect much from this place.
It also needs to improve in the availability of the amenities as well, the pool was down for almost all of our stay.
Cleaning service is also another area to improve, the bathroom is not even wiped or light cleaned.
I think overall this property is not as clean as others where I stayed.
Even staff don't follow through with the communication they promised.
Overall not a great experience at this place

You feel like you are staying at home than a hotel. I prefer such places. The staff provides you with additional utensils you need to cook. Laundry, ample car parking are good.
This is very close to freeway/expressway. Normally staff will let you know if you want to pickup those rooms.

The rooms aren't in one big building, but rather built like small apartment buildings with several rooms to a building. Our room has two floors, the bottom with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining and a living room. Upstairs is a loft bedroom and a bathroom. It is lovely. There's a pool and free breakfast as well. We have 4 kids and it can be expensive to get two rooms. This large suite was very reasonably priced, much cheaper than getting two rooms, unless we go to a trashy motel. I love this place and will definitely stay again when we come back.

I stayed there for a while. The rooms are good and have a kitchen where you can cook. The staff are really nice and friendly (I had a great story with them where they did too much just to help me and without anything in return), and the atmosphere is good. I would love going back again. I liked it
