Great experience. Needed a last minute room and everything was booked, but the front desk staff was able to accommodate me. I was treated with care and professionalism. Francis was great and made me feel welcome. I’ll be back for sure

Stayed there for one night family of four. Very good service. We wanted to go elsewhere for a breakfast and were suggested a few options and they even gave us a lift to one of them on the airport shuttle, because it was not busy! We were very pleased with this.

Close to the airport. Room was updated and comfortable. I wish there was more around it. The cafe next door at the bowling alley was about it, but it wasn't terrible.

Great room, super comfy bed, nice bathroom with plenty of shower products, pool was heated, and staff was friendly. It was real close to some grocery stores so picking up snacks was real easy. And to top it all off, the price was great. All you can ever ask from a hotel, would stay here anytime!

Front desk Personnel for cordial and efficient both I'd check in and leaving. Our plane got in late and they were very willing to send there transport to pick us up at the airport after 11 p.m. The driver in the morning was very courteous and efficient in getting this to our plane for the next leg of our trip
Our room was spacious clean and well-appointed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.response / report this review -

This is a great hotel near the airport. Parking is easy and room and clean and comfortable. The gem however is the restaurant lounge where the food is outstanding and the staff is friendly.

Rooms are adequate though not especially lavish. I loved the weighted comforter though. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. At check in, the staff person saw that I am a pretty tall guy and automatically moved me from a queen bedroom to a king. Was not too fond of the smokers outside. Easy access to freeway was nice though.

Had a Professional Event at the Four Points and was very satisfied and happy with the arrangements. They had free coffee as well as immaculate facilities and restrooms. In addition there seminar room had pens pencils and notepads all laid out for us. Great space. Will definitely hope to go there again.

Service was alright. Came late at night for a last minute booking and the host seemed a little uptight/impatient but got the job done and was still polite. Room was okay. Two DOUBLE beds (note: not queen sized) and a small small washroom. There was barely space in the washroom to open the door and close it especially if you were on the toilet. The room door opens right by the washroom as well. Bath tub (doubles as shower) had dirt on the side when we arrived but overall, the rest of the hotel seemed relatively clean and modern. It is one of the newer hotels or they just renovated it so it is nicer/less old compared to others. Also, the price was quite affordable compared to other hotels. Unfortunately, did not get the chance to swim in the pool but it seemed quite busy when we came.

The building is old, but the interior is nice. However, I wish their walls were sound proof. You can hear everyone and everything. I rather stay at another place. The rate here isn't worth the stay.

The beds were very comfortable. We got wifi and there was a T.V. The iron provided in the room was really good. There was also an ironing board. There were many outlets for plugging in appliances and charging your phone which was great because I shared the room with others. I had a very comfortable stay here.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant and bar has good food and great wait staff/bartenders. Overall great experience and I will return here again.

I stayed here for a conference amidst several storms. The power went out for most of the first day of our conference, and the hotel responded beautifully! They accommodated our group by moving us into a naturally lit space, put glow sticks in the dark halls & bathrooms and remained cheerful & ready to serve! I also LOVED ❤ the refillable shampoo & soap pumps in the shower; thanks for reducing drastic amounts of waste! We are headed back there this month and I'm excited to see Karla & Issac who personally went out of their way to meet our needs!
My only desire is that there be refrigerators in the rooms & a hot tub near the pool.
