I wish that giving negative stars was an option. BMW service department is the WORST!!! I have take my BMW in 3 times for the same problem that has still not been repaired. I have had to wait 4-5 hours for each visit. The customer service is horrible. I called to scheduled yet another appointment to bring my car in because it is yet again dead and inoperable and would told that I could not receive an immediate appointment. When I expressed my displeasure and asked where the closest BMW Service Department is located besides Sandy Sansing, the employee seemed unbothered and directed me to Mobile BMW.

Came to the dealership in search of a new BMW. I roamed the parking lot for 10 minutes and nobody ever came out to greet me. I will gladly take my business to mobile or Mississippi.

I picked up a friend who was having work done on her car. She said the employee's in the service department were knowledgeable, fair & honest. They didn't try to rip her off. The problem was resolved with a simple wheel balance & alignment.

Sandy Sansing BMW is seriously the best dealership around. Our Salesman Phuong Nguyen went completely above and beyond. Before coming to BMW I thought I was going to have to settle with a junk car because of my price range and credit. My previous vehicle had broke down. I told the salesman what I was looking for and my price range. He made us feel like we were his only customers, he sent me cars daily and even brought the cars to me. He shows up with a beautiful BMW and I drove it and fell in love. He said its yours! I could not believe that I could be driving my dream car. That day sure enough I was signing away! The finance team went above and beyond and worked a great deal that made my car payment even lower than my broken down car. I now have the car of my dreams all thanks to Phuong and the amazing team at Sandy Sansing. I promise you will not regret working with this outstanding team; They even threw in some amazing goodies! If you need a new ride go see Phuong guys!

Wendy Fitch broke the mold! Lets be honest. I don't think many of us look forward to purchasing a vehicle. A long day ahead of stalking, haggling and extreme boring exhaustion! Not at Sandy Sansing! She was informative, patient and she truly just wanted to us to be happy with the end result. We were so impressed with her customer service! We would definitely return to Sandy Sansing! I had a great experience at the service department. I received a check engine light on my 2014 320i over the weekend and called the service department on Monday morning. Mr. Glover gave me an appointment for Wednesday morning and also made a reservation for a loaner car. I arrived at 0940 and was on my way back to Panama City, Fl by 1140 after receiving a new thermostat (under warranty). There was no need for a loaner since the service was done so quickly. I will recommend Sandy Sansing and Mr. Glover to all my BMW driving friends.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 BMW 428i from Marvin Oliver at Sandy Sansing BMW. His knowledge of the vehicles was second to none. He helped us make the right decision during the purchase process, and never pushy or presuring. I recommend Marvin Oliver to anyone looking for a low pressure sales professional. I just bought my second car from Sandy Sansing BMW. Tommy was awesome! The dealership was fair and easy to work with on my trade. In the Florida Panhandle, Sandy Sansing is clearly the best place to buy a BMW.

I dealt with Dylan as my service advisor. Outstanding experience. I'm a pilot, and I'm picky. Dylan allowed me to meet with the mechanic, he explained everything in detail, that was recommended. Everything the mechanic recommended was valid. No BS, and or fake problems/issues.
They have a great oil change rate ($80), with a outstanding car wash by hand. It was as good as it gets.

One of the best dealership experiences we have ever been through. Purchased a used vehicle from there. Barry Brown is the BEST salesman you will every meet. Easy and hassle free. They detailed our vehicle layer since it was raining the day we purchased it. Excellent!!
