Great experience with staff and repair people. I have had 3 vehicles with this dealership and they are always the best at taking care of me.

Good clean dealership. You have to haggle a bit (if you're into that sort of thing) but they value your business. Service is good and consistent. I feel like the warranty has been a waste because both cars I purchased have been reliable and problem-free. So that's bittersweet. Overall a good sales and service experience.

I was pricing around for a battery, died unexpectedly, and the cost were high, just for the battery. Disappointed, I called here thinking this is gonna hurt.
Fast service and professional. I was in and out. Car washed, battery installed, electrical system checked, everything reset for UNDER the price of just a battery at auto supply stores.
Three year warranty, prorated after two
years.

The atmosphere of San Tan VW is very clean and inviting. I have always received amazing customer service from the employees here. I am a girl that always has a million questions to ask and the employees here are always very patient with me and answer my questions very thoroughly. I have already and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

This place was amazing! After having a horrible day of car shopping my girlfriends and mine last stop was San Tan Volkswagen. Our sales associate was Alan, he was amazing at his job. He always made sure we knew what was going on and that we were comfortable. He never showed us anything out of our budget and fought extremely hard to keep the numbers as low as possible. His great attitude and nice personality definitely change what it means to go car shopping. With the help of Alan, and the financial manager James, my girlfriend and I both bought new cars. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

San Tan VW is hands down easily the best car dealership I have been to in the entire state of Arizona! Tony in the Sales department is a top-notch guy. Not only will he give you great deals, but he provides exceptional customer service. Luke in the service department will handle all of your car maintenance in a quality manner and timely fashion. The GM, Paul, runs this place great and you can tell they are honest and truly care about their customers. If you are thinking about buying a new car, San Tan VW is the place to go!

Reasonable wait time, Reasonable price for service - Use the Castrol $20.00 off coupon they issue at the service desk - fill it out and send it off and approx. 6 months later you'll receive it back. & you get your vehicle back nice and clean as they wash it after service. :-0

Took my Golf R in for 10k service last week. Great experience all around. Friendly shuttle service on both ends, car was ready quickly, and only cost me a hair over $30 after I supplied my own oil & filter (I have a bunch of it - long story). One interior part had to be ordered for warranty replacement so I'll be back next week. Good job boys!
Update: returned for the ordered part. I also had a busted windshield replaced while there, via their glass subcontractor. Another great experience - a loaner car was waiting for me, the job was completed before noon, and the glass company did a perfect job. Another outstanding experience. Shady business practices. They take care of you up to the sale and in a shady manner. My Ac went out right after purchasing my vehicle. They had to replace the AC system in my car twice supposedly with OEM parts. My AC just went out again at the 2 year mark and I find out they put in aftermarket parts and now treat me like absolute trash. Service Advisor Jeff states Mr Ed does things as cheap as possible and therefore used cheap parts on my car. The Sales Manager Greg told me he would try and help me stated he would call me back then never did. Left me hanging over the weekend never called me back made it perfectly clear he did not care about me as a customer. Thanks Mr Ed and San Tan VW for selling me a car that clearly has AC Issues. If you are looking for a dealership that takes care of there customers before during and after the sale this is NOT the place to go!

Jack has sold me my last two cars. He has always been extremely helpful and has helped me anyway he can. I would strongly recommend this dealership. When the time comes for a new car, I will definitely be coming back here!

Wonderful experience at this dealership. Tony D was fantastic as he walked me through all of my options and I felt he really wanted to help me with my situation. I never felt pressured and ended up with a nice car that day. Will be back as I'd recommend Tony and this dealership to anyone.

I love Jeff and all the guys in the service department. They are always professional and have always gone out of thier way to make sure I get the best service for my vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would even do a commercial for them.

Excellent Customer service. I never had any problems after the Servicing is done. Always got a loaner car if it's going to take more time to Service.
They may be more expensive than the Local dealers but its always worth it and Peace of Mind.response / report this review
