Checked in and the room was dirty, grease/sweat stains on the door frames, blanket was dirty (noticeably); not a great place-will not ever come back or recommend this place!!!!

The price is right and the location is just what I needed. While it's a great neighborhood to hang out in, the hotel is just as no frills as one might expect of the brand, and the building shows its age. Some corridors could use a power washing, and while the room is non-smoking, the sheets go to the same laundry.

A/C didn't work consistently. Room was smaller than expected.

Do NOT go here! The rooms smelled like old cigarettes and dogs. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The peephole in the door had tissue stuffed in it like it had been used as a crack shack. Kitchenette had no dishes or pans. No coffee for the coffee pot. We had to go ask for them and we're given minimal supplies in a kitchen garbage bag. The outside is littered with dog poop and cigarettes butts 💩. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins and granola bars and coffee which was promptly removed at 9:30 am. No housekeeping services. Outside walkways look like they haven't been washed in 5 years. No access to printer or computers. Save yourself, stay away!

I can't even rate it Sorry It was so dirty The remote, doors, beds linens and covers all wrinkled, the paper ads all dirtyno maid service for clean up.. No pool, no real breakfast Plus no Customer service Not one smile we left and came back to the Fairfield..

We took double bed room. Looks like that the mistake, they gave us in 3rd floor. The room is terrible. Its not clean. the Office chair was so dirty, even to look at it we feel like throwing up. The bathroom was not clean, there are dirty spots in it.
When I complained to front desk, he says no one right now to clean, they will come next day morning. Does not look like a place to plan with family.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I must say that it is a good place around the rate of $50 per day.

There is a shopping area Kireland nearby at walking distance.
The place is very peaceful in good locality. There is a park nearby just across road, i have seen children playing and enjoying.

The only thing I did not like is that the kitchen was just too small, do not have much space on the slab to keep items.

Website shows a Mercedes, I paid for a Honda and got just 4 wheels. The rooms are not even close to what you see on their website. Breakfast doesn't have all those fruits that you see in those pics and there isn't one good thing about this place. Horrible experience!

Scottsdale North location: horrible experience. Called to make reservation in middle of the night, for the same night, they took reservation, then when I showed up in less then an hour no one was there to let me in. Over an hour wating and 5 phone calls with never getting night person on site. Had to eventually leave and they still charged my credit card. Awful experience!
