I had my car serviced at San Tan Hyundai again. This was may second visit since Jonathan Wilson left. Which, I was extremely sad to learn of his leaving, well. . . that is not completely true, I was devastated as he made sure things went smoothy. I will say, I have an outstanding Service Manager, John Heinz. I appreciate all his professional service to make sure he oversees all of my vehicle's needs. While he has big shoes to fill, he is doing an outstanding job and I APPRECIATE him very much. Thank you John for your patience, understanding, kindness and most of all your amazing customer service. Customer service is why I am loyal to ALL those who provide excellent customer service.

I purchased a new Genesis G80 from San Tan Hyundai and the experience couldn't have been better. Taylor Carter was my salesman and he was outstanding. Extremely patient as I made multiple trips to the dealer simply because I could not make up my mind on the trim level and color combination. Once I decided he found one at another dealership and had it to his dealership, fully prepped and ready for me to come in and do the paperwork once I got off work. The sales manager came over and simply introduced himself and shook my hand and thanked me for my business and that was it. I was in and out of the F&I office in about 10 minutes with zero pressure and Taylor spend almost an hour with me going through the features of my new vehicle, which is complex. He said come back anytime if I have any other questions or want to go over functionality again. Very very satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and it will be my first stop when we buy our next vehicle.

Great service. Jesse is the man to see!! They really work with you, never did we once feel pressured and we got an amazing deal on our 2017 Elantra Limited. Will recommend San Tan Hyundai 100%.

Had to go back the other day. Burning smell coming from the engine. Car was fine. The skunk attached to the undercarriage, not so much. Thanks San Tan Hyundai for removing and cleaning

We had to buy a car quickly to replace an old one that had died and we had a 4 year old Santa Fe that we have really enjoyed so went back to the Hyundai dealership to shop for another Santa Fe. We use their service department and have always been happy with everything. One of the service techs (Dakota) recommended Taylor to help us find a new car. He was easy to work with -- knowledgeable, friendly, patient. We went back the next day to purchase the new car and he went above and beyond to make sure we got a good deal and could drive away with our new car that afternoon.

This is the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I went in and met with a Salesman by the name of Rusty. I told him what we wanted and he gave us just that. I would highly recommend this dealership. Not only there sales department but also their service department. I had some things done to the vehicle I purchased and I dealt with John. He was nothing but efficient and very easy to work with. I'm very happy with my car and all that were involved in this purchase. Thank you San Tan Hyundai!!!

I went in to sell my car and Taylor displayed great customer service. He followed up promptly a day sooner than promised with an offer. Although I declined the offer in lieu of a better one, he remained friendly positive.

Talked with Rachel Norton on the phone. I was inquiring about getting an oil change and service hours, etc. She was extremely helpful. If she was this helpful, I can only imagine the rest of this establishment will be the same. I will be coming in for that oil change and who knows maybe a newer car.

Ben in the sales department took time to help me find the best fit for me and when I told him my limits financially, he didn't push me to go beyond those. Michael in the finance department explained everything as clearly as possible. They also helped me understand the process for ending my current lease. Very thankful I chose San Tan Hyundai.

Based on previous experience at San Tan Hyundai,we went in search of Jesse Rivera, as our sales person. We purchased a Santa Fe Limited Ultimate from him in July and we were extremely pleased with him. He had our interest in mind. We also feel we got a fair price from him. With my recent purchase of the Tucson Limited Ultimate, we again feel that Jesse did an outstanding job for us. He appears to be frank and honest, which we appreciate. If we had questions, he responded promptly with the answers. He is personable, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us and our visits. He is a super person. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.
So far, I've had only one experience in service with "Jonny" /"Johnny" Wilson. He took care of everything immediately. It was great working with him and I hope that continues.
