Dear Lexie,
From the moment you took your first steps on the ice at Ice Den Scottsdale, you stole the hearts of everyone at the rink. We watched you learn and grow – never quitting and always working your hardest. Your work ethic, commitment, and poise carried you to new heights, always raising the bar and setting the example. Through hardship and triumph, everyone could count on seeing your beaming smile around the rink. As you advanced, you began coaching in our Learn to Skate program, inspiring our young skaters who strived to be just like you. From Learn to Skate, you worked in our events department and then Coyotes Ice Sports. You always endured through the blood, sweat and tears working tirelessly for this moment. Lexie, as you embark on this next chapter in your life with Disney on Ice, we wish you all the success life has to offer. Please remember as you take your first steps on the ice with Disney, we will all be cheering for you.

Everything about this place I am very impressed. The Director, Staff, Coaches, Players and Parents were all very welcoming.

We live in IL, will move to AZ soon only visit at one rink because of how Mark was on the phone. We found our home rink. No need to look further.

Our family has been skating at the Den multiple times a week for the last 7 years and cannot say enough good things about every aspect the ice, the staff, the deep sense community between both hockey and figure skating, and the surrounding businesses (restaurants, pro shop, boutique) The rink is constantly striving to improve their already amazing facility now featuring the Sporfie app allowing spectators to capture the last 15 seconds of on ice happenings!

I've been to the Ice Den many times and always found it to be well-maintained, clean and a fun environment. The bar/grill (18 Degrees) is top-notch and the pro shop is well-stocked and well-staffed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is one of the best rinks in a city with many options.

My husband and I have been enjoying the Ice Den in the winter months for 3 years and have always found friendly welcoming staff, and a clean environment! I really enjoy watching him play hockey with the men's open group 3 times a week and the public skate sessions are so fun! Well done!

My daughter started skating here a year ago at age 4. I've been very impressed with the level of safety and instruction. As it is a large faculty with a world renowned coaching staff for both hockey and figure skating, there is something for everyone. Infrequent recreational skaters as well as those with Olympic dreams both have a place here. They produce wonderful semi-annual showcase shows for all levels too, and there is a great sense of community.

The Ice Den is a nice facility with 3 rinks, snack bar, and a sit-down restaurant/bar. My only complaint is the bathrooms were filthy while we were there for an ice hockey tournament. There was toilet paper all over the floor, dirty toilets, empty soap dispensers - they were obviously not cleaned daily. If you're going to host a huge tournament with teams from other states/countries, please be sure you're staffed appropriately and clean the restrooms more often.

Sports shop weak variety of sticks so don’t break one. Need heaters so you can be somewhat comfortable while watching . Otherwise ok rink

The best ice anywhere. Fridays are great for open skating; no crowds. I was able to get the skating trainer, and work with my grandson on his skating until he got tired. Then it was my turn for a bit.

It was very unfortunate about the power failure during the final Nationals game yesterday but it was so impressive to see how the ice Den staff help move everyone down to Oceanside! You should be proud! And it was great to see old friends for sure

Very nice rink! Pro Shop Manager is extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Bery friendly staff at Coffee bar, 18 Degrees, Divalocious, and Ice Den! Very clean, and a fun place, but shopping in Pro Shop is a joke. Here we are 3 months into the season, and they still DO NOT have the Coyotes ADIDAS Jerseys. Sad.
