Went there for corporate Christmas party and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The food was great and the ballroom and bathrooms were very upscale and clean. I wasn't able to see any other part of the property, but what I did see was impressive.

My stay occurred on a very busy weekend and was very enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and in particular Dante's welcome was exceptional and he was very accommodating. I usually stay at other Marriott properties in the area but look forward to my next stay there soon.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Beautiful remodel. The rooms are lovely. I would recommend staying here.

Looks great. The room is clean. They had a lot more amenities than I expected. I like the convenience they built into the rooms. I.e. night lights on the lamp, plugs everywhere.

It was great. Except that the bed bothered my back after 2 nights of sleeping on it, but thats not saying a lot because i have a bad back. The food, drinks at the bar was great. The service is amazing. Very happy and I will definitely stay there again next year.

Great place for a weekend stay! It is in the middle of a lot of attractions and is a great place for family. However, it is in a shady spot being right next to the highway. At gas stations very close nearby, there have been some reports of suspicious activity and robberies. The hotel is very secluded though, so it won't be a huge problem. The dining service is excellent, and the pool is calm and warm. The lobby has two printers with Macs and can be used directly to print out a boarding pass. It is near Oceanside, CA which offers plenty to see and do. Just a great place to spend a day or two!

We stopped in to the Marriott Del Mar to grab a cocktail before meeting up with family for dinner. The staff was very attentive and friendly and fun. My husband has a very strict diet so they concocted the perfect drink just for him and it was super tasty. If everyone who works at this hotel is as nice and hospitable as those at the bar, I would definitely stay here!

Room was clean and the employees were very kind. BUT, the service that they provided was not so good. I asked them a hot water, and their was a weird things floating. Also, DO NOT expect anything on their breakfast buffet. There were literally FOUR different menus (egg, sausage, bacon, and potato) with bread. You have to pay extra 10-20 dollars to eat anything else.

I stayed here for a business trip and enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bit of noise in the rooms, but not horrible. I would recommend.

Our room was lovely and clean and didn't have that dated look that so many hotels have. The bathroom was roomy. Nearly everything was perfect. My only complaint is about the bed itself. I could feel the springs, and woke up multiple times during the night to change positions because they were hurting me. The pillows are great, though. ETA: You have to pay extra for WiFi!
