Nice place, very clean and friendly. Good parking. Has a food area that you can go to eat. Unsure of food prices(didn't use), has area to purchase snacks and sodas.

Excellent customer service at this business traveler oriented Courtyard. I stay here very often on business, and majority of the staff remembers me by name. Rooms always clean and fresh smelling, bistro service is prompt, and all amenities are always working properly. Two spots for EV charging (120 V outlets for hotel guests) are nice perk, and hotel GM responds to your email very promptly.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Quiet pool area. Nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Everyone was nice and super helpful.

I travel whenever possible for pleasure with my family and Marriott's are my favorite hotels. Always clean friendly and nice comfortable furnishings. Beautiful pool/hot tub. Con:the king size room with sofa bed was lovely but the TV was on the side wall of the room so while lying in bed you had to look over your partner to see it. I asked to be changed to a 2 queen bed to avoid this and they accommodated me no questions asked. Worked perfectly for my husband and grandson. They have a resturant/bar in lobby and a nice tiny conscience store for snacks as well.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were really nice and the staff very friendly. We only stayed 1 night but it was a great experience. And all three staff in the entire hotel were great

Really nice clean rooms, nice shower & bath. Comfy beds. Had mini coffee barista in lobby & a mini market by front desk for after hrs. Would definitely stay here again. 5 mins from Oceanside pier beach.

Very nice staff. Cafe has great food. Outside the pool area is a little seating area with a fireplace, very romantic spot to sit and have a drink.

Appalling, this hotel allows other guests to eat food in the pool and hot tubs as the are swimming and sitting in the pool. This is disgusting and unsanitary. I have made 2 complaints and the management has done nothing to stop this from happening. I really thought Marriott had better standards than that.

Awesome hotel. We have two rooms for five nights, one room has a bed that pulls out of a couch and each room had a very beautiful and spacious bathroom. Rooms came with hairdryer and towels. Wonderful place for the hotel. Only complaint is the high price for snacks by the counter.

Room size is great, all basic amenities, very clean, Paul Mitchell bath products, only negative is if you forget to put your do not disturb sign on the door they will wake you up early on some days.

No matter what time you check in, staff at the Best Western Palms are there to help you in a most pleasant way. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient in foods, last minute necessities and easy access to tourist locations. Love the amenities and cleanliness.

The room was excellent. Service was really good and the hotel was very clean/well maintained. There are a lot of pros that are hard to put into words, and few consit just feels good. But because of its high quality, the downsides are more obvious. The few downsides I noticed, from most to least important: 1) no free breakfast. "Free" breakfast is usually poor quality and included on a bill anyway, but it's insulting to not offer one, if not out of custom. 2) they REALLY push the bistro. The bistro is fineits nice having hot meals close by and of extremely high quality, but they kind of beat you over the head about it - it is NOT cheap either. Burger and 6oz glass of wine came out to over $24! 3) the showerhead spout in my room needed cleaning. The water was fine, but I pay close attention to detail, this is one that the cleaners missed.
