Waited hours after booking two months in advance for them to give us a room. Wasn't the cleanest either. Smelled like sulphur/skunk in room
Good clean Hotel good staff great breakfast everyday overall good place to stay not the ritziest but very nice for an extended stay
The hotel is always exactly as I can expect. Large rooms, full kitchen. Lovely experience
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms have everything you need. One of the best perks is free grocery delivery!
Clean, good sized rooms with a good free breakfast. Lobby is inviting and staff is friendly and accommodating.
Very nice residence inn. More kitchen utensils than a Homewood suites. I thought the hotel was new, turns out it's 10 years old but freshly renovated.
The rooms are good and the beds are decent but somewhat stiff. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and it is awesome that you can sign in to your Netflix or Hulu accounts on the TV during your stay.
We were located near the pool and there was still. Lot of activity going on after 10PM. Fortunately, too tired and still fell asleep despite the noise. Other than that, no complaints.
Very nice and welcoming staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms, modern. Amenities were outstanding. I would definitely visit again.
1. Getting in touch with staff was nearly impossible 2. My child needed milk for bed, and after being told it was available in the market, my husband was sent back empty handed (the hotel was informed the milk was for my 2 year old to go to bed). 3. Our room, 427, was EXTREMELY dusty. As someone who suffers from dust allergies, I had to clean the room myself. 4. My family stayed in room 428 and their fridge constantly made noise that kept them up all night.
Great stay for the price, very clean and no unpleasant surprises. The free breakfast could have been better, the hot food was greasy, but they had other things to offer so it wasn't bad overall. The room and bathroom was very clean. My overall experience was great, and I regret not having stayed longer.
The place is great and clean but I recently came from the Residence Inn on Faraday ave (6 miles away) and the staff on Faraday was much nicer. Everytime I walked by the desk I was greeted by my first name and was asked if I needed anything. This place isn't as friendl and don't greet me by name buy the newer building does make it a great place to stay.
We're staying in a 2 bedroom suite and it's great, it has it all, or almost, room is clean, service is great! Some food places in the same plaza. The only thing they could improve is the sofa bed mattress, you could feel the springs by placing your hands on it. I wish they had a better mattress, for the rest no complaints, very clean, very easy to access from the parking lot.
We stay all over California only at residence inn for the comfort of the full kitchen and privacy between the living room and kitchen. This has to be on the lower end of the residence inn's. Was super disappointed in the cleanliness, and customer service. We stayed two nights, upon arrival there was no dish soap or sponge, hair on the shower walls, and a spot on the floor near the table that was so sticky and unexplainable. We had a late start with our check out and requested it prior to being past timing, we received two calls and a maid knocking at our door telling us we were late and they were uninformed of our prior call and request. Definitely not on the upper scale end, sadly felt like a budget inn will not be staying at this hotel again. For being all about their guests our incident proved otherwise, if you left a personal item of such high quality you would expect a better "protocal." Putting a shame to the residence inn, next time I'll pay the extra to cont. My visit at the century LAX.
