Wow just wow and Christian, our waiter (which is same name of my husband's) was very informative, very sweet he treated each table like that was his only table and treated each customer like they were special. The fish tank really had my son who has Autism Spectrum Disorder very amused. Thank you

Very accommodating on making a dish for someone who cannot eat tomato sauce. The server was extraordinary nice and wanted to make everyone happy at the table. I give him four stars also. Food was delicious

Absolute BEST overall Restaurant in PCB Unbelievable 'Early Bird' Menu, we had the Prime Rib tonight with Veggies and Garlic Mashed Potatoes, only $19.99 and included a House Salad w/Blue Cheese.

We added Fire Cracker Shrimp and a Calamari appetizers for only $6 each.. Our usual Waiter, Warren, had taken the night off thinking that it would be slow, so we missed his spoiling but we still had a very enjoyable evening until the Piano Man started playing, and then we wanted to stay for his show.

Hands down our favorite restaurant in PCB! We've been here 15 plus times now and it's always consistent and delicious. ALL the wait staff is impeccable, friendly and attentive. The great thing about them is they remember you from past trips and strike up conversations about things you talked about in conversations in the past, some of which have been 6 months or longer in the past. We are looking forward to going again soon!

We went here for dinner on a Warrior Beach Retreat and the food and service was amazing! The server Kevin was a good hearted man with a talent for patience. The manager Pat was very efficient and did not let anything go unnoticed or have us wait for anything. This SaltWater grill was awesome. The scallops, crab cakes, stuff mushrooms, chocolate cake, lobster bisque, etc even the bread was fresh, well prepared and cooked just right. I would highly recommend it and know they highly respect their military families.

The food speaks for its self here - the reviews have made that clear. What I can emphasize further is the care and attention our Waiter , Warren, paid to our table. If you had to ask for it - you probably dint need it - He Was That Good! Keep up the incredible work on both the Front and Back of house Saltwater Grill. We will definitely be back !

My husband and I were looking for a good seafood restaurant to celebrate my birthday while in PCB. This definitely hit the spot. I ordered the Red Snapper and he ordered the Grouper and both were perfect. Service was excellent and we were seated right away upon arrival. We will definitely return. Most meals were in the $20-30 range.

Two words --- So Good! You will not leave hungry that's for sure. We tried the steak and shrimp, prime rib and scallops. It is pricey however the atmosphere, piano bar and quality of the food make it very much worth it! Would recommend fancier place to eat while at the beach!

Fantastic environment. Good luck not taking pictures of the fish tank. The food was amazing and savory, the kind that you find yourself closing your eyes just to focus on how delicious it really is. Everything about this experience was a pleasure but most of all I have to say was our waiter Mikael. He was as congenial as he was knowledgeable. The best way to put it is "Everything he said added to the experience". My only regret was that I didn't take all of his recommendations.. All in all I have to say I would go back for the quality of the food, however the exceptional service is what prompted me to write this now. 10 of 10

Nice environment although you pay for it the purchase of food. The menu is a bit confusing, ordered the Grouper which was told by waitress it came with two sides, then changed it after the order was placed and said it would be extra for the second side.
We were seated immediately around 7p on a Sunday evening. Food was good, right temperatures and appetizing.
Long wait for food to be prepared about 20-30 minutes. No live music on the night we went. Cosy and quiet atmosphere.

Our experience was terrible. My husband and I ordered the Grouper Imperial and it was undercooked. Our salads were not good and our service was absolutely terrible. Our server acted annoyed anytime we would ask for something. When we got our ticket gratuity had been added already and would have been almost a $17 tip. We had 8 people in our group and I understand that some places add the gratuity to the check if you have over a certain amount or more but most places have that information posted somewhere for guests to see. Also, if you work at a nice restaurant you should have the best attitude possible, we paid alot of money and we're treated very poorly. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have eaten at a lot of different seafood restaurants in the area and this one is by far the worst that I have ever experienced.

Fantastic food, staff, and atmosphere - we loved the live singing and piano. We had a 5 Year old birthday girl and two siblings who are the pickiest eaters ever and they absolutely loved the popcorn shrimp kids meals. The rest of our party loved the Pork Tenderloin, Steak and shrimp. As a visitor to Panama City I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or local.

Have been there many times. Consistently great food and service in a nice atmosphere. I like going in after work, sit at the bar, order from the bar menu, watch the fish in the massive aquarium behind the bar and completely unwind.
Dinner with friends while the piano player entertains us makes for a great night.

If you're looking for a nice sit down dinner this is the place to go! The food was magnificent and all of the servers had wonderful personalities. There is a HUGE aquarium right when you walk in and smaller tanks situated all around the tables. We were seated right up against on of the aquariums, which was beautiful and provided all kinds of entertainment for my daughter. You leave getting your money's worth.
