  Nothing seemed fresh. The glasses on the table were not really clean and one had lipstick on it. The table was sticky and our server seemed put out when we asked for new glasses and a clean table. We still gave it a chance. The vegetables looked wilted and sad.

  Ordered large spare ribs. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Half of them dried out so they couldn't be eaten. All of them tasted very old. Didn't taste like Chinese ribs. After a few bites it all went in the garbage. How the cook can send this out in the first place is unbelievable. I just hope I don't get sick. They have lost a customer.

  As if it wasn't bad enough they live ten minutes away from me and took a whole hour to deliver, they constantly forget to put any type of silverware in my order. Absolutely ridiculous considering I WAS (no longer will be) a frequent customer. Plus the food is bland. For now one star because this is the only way I can share to you all my experience other was I came on here to say tonight you guys should have done way better as for me you earned no stars or brownie points. Out of all the oriental spots in in key west I even learned that Tongs a Garden is the best place. Simply because I never threw up from there restaurant like I have all other 3 oriental restaurants. I learned my lesson to go with my gut feeling as I knew I was going to be unsatisfied ordering from China garden.

  Very rude!! I was ordering on the phone and I asked to have my veggies for the Lo mein on the side because my daughter likes it plain and I want it with veggies.. the lady was LAUGHING on the phone saying "we can't do that"
  I don't see anything funny about what I asked. All the other restaurants are more than happy to fulfill my request! This "polite" lady on the other hand was laughing.. very unprofessional
  I ended up ordering from Hong Kong at least they appreciate your business with them
  Oh, yea and she hung up on me too. Classy

  Three star food. Minus one star due to their forced 18% tip and double tip trap.
  Be careful when you tip. They do charge 18% tip which is AUTOMATICALLY added onto your bill. But when they swipe your card and give you receipt to sign, there is still a space to put tip. So if people who didn't pay attention of the detailed bill, they may fall into the double tip trap.

  Horrible is an understatement. It was one of the horrible expirence. Servers are into there own world. They are hooked to there phone and not attending customers. I had to get up twice asking foe rice and water. And then they just add the tip to the check. !!! .
  Also i got undercooked (raw) chicken in my plate. No apologies nothing instead just a surprised face. I think it was frozen and then it was cooked without defrozing the same. Restaurant the servers frozen food is a big no no for me. this was frist and last time foe me to this chinese food place .. only word is horrible BAD COOK RUDE SERVER AND HORRIBLE DINING EXPIERENCE

  Food is fresh and tasty. Service was fast and servers are very nice. Atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. One of the other reviewers said that gratuity was automatically added but that is not true. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Key West.
