Last weekend I made an appointment for my daughter to have her hair washed cut and styled. The appointment was for 12pm as that is when we were advised the salon opened. We are there 5 to 12. We watched the receptionist a few mins after 12 open and owe the door behind her then 10mins later a women walk in close the door behind her. Finally the door opens we walk in advise we have a 12pm appointment. The response is  "You can sit in the couch the stylist is setting up". So we do as advised. We watch the stylist stroll back and forth. Finally she calls my daughter to have a seat. I wait a few moments to allow the intital discussion about my daughter's request occur. I see the stylist pick up a clipper. I walk over ask my daughter if she is ok. And then turn my attention to the stylist and inquired if she was using scissors or a clipper on my daughters hair. She stated she would use the clipper for the initial cut as she  "doesn't feel like washing all that hair". I expressed my concern and do not want her to use those. The stylist became very rude and nasty and told me to move out her space and accused me of having and attitude hovering over my teenager. After I said we can go somewhere else said please do. Words where exchanged I mentioned the wait and the stylist pretty much said "oh well You have to wait".
I asked my daughter to get up went to the counter and requested a card and her name the reception threatened to call Security on me. I eventually got the card and the lady wrote down the  name of Deirdre Parker.
The service and employees are a joke.

I had a worst experience in that salon. I scheduled my appointment before week , I reached saloon 15 mins earlier but was made to wait for 1 hour as the stylist had some emergency . The other important point is that they have very poor customer service , there is a stylist who attends the call in front chair and When I enquired about the stylist who was supposed to attend me gone for more than one hour , she didn't even bothered to hear me . She simply nodded her head and said She didn't leave any message .There is a lack of coordination and understanding among the stylists. Stylist there must learn how to respect customers as they are the one who's paying for the service from which they get paid in return !
I seriously recommend not to go there if you expect some courtesy from the stylist attending you ! My latest visit will be the last visit to that saloon !

I've been here two times, with an appointment. The personnel are super nice and they listen to what I wanted, they are very dedicated to their job and both times I got excelente results. I'm quiet happy with me experiences here.

I walked into this salon at 6:50 pm on 5/13/17 on Friday evening for just a hair cut. There were two employees on duty and no one was sitting in any chairs or waiting anywhere. I thought this was great and I caught it just right and wouldn't have to wait. One of the stylists was talking with someone who sounded like a friend of hers about something personal when she sasw me come in and asked me if she could help me. I said "yes, please, I'd like to get a hair cut". Immediately, she thought for a second or two and then began telling me that she had appointment coming in just a couple of minutes or she would be glad to cut my hair. I asked her, "So, you're saying that you have to have an appointment to get your hair cut here?" She said, "no, but I can put your name on a call list and if my customer doesn't show up I can call you." I politely told her I didn't have time for that and simply thought she could cut my hair while she wasn't doing anything at the time.

So, I left quite frustrated but understanding that her one appointment would keep them both busy. So, I walked all the way across the Mall to the other hair cutting salon on the far end to see if they could give me a hair cut. Well, they were quite busy and had people waiting to be seen. I had to walk all the way back to the other side of the mall so I thought I would look in on the young lady at Salon Cielo and she if her customer came in yet. To my surprise, there were still NO customers in the entire store and these two stylists were just chatting away with each other and having a good old time.

It's a real shame that people today don't see the value in a customer like we used too in this country. Obviously, this is some type of game that is played when one of their workers just doesn't feel like cutting anyone's hair and they just want to play. I can't help but wonder why this young lady didn't ask the other employee to cut my hair if she was really busy? I think I know no why the other hair salon was so busy because they actually care about their customers and now they have quite a following. I don't think you will have to worry much about this salon being open very much longer with this type of mindset toward paying customers.

My mom was the first to go to the salon, and told me that I needed to try here after having a bad experience at my previous salon. Being natural, I have very, VERY thick hair. That makes me really particular about who touches my hair. She had been going to Danae so I decided to give her a try. Danae knew exactly how to deal with super thick hair, and I had the best first experience ever! Two years later, and I have the healthiest hair I have ever had. Much appreciation, y'all.

I've never had a bad experience at Salon Cielo. The staff there are courteous and they all remember you, if you're a repeat customer. My wife and I have been going there for years and everyone makes you feel like part of the family -- kinda like the salon in Steel Magnolias where the atmosphere is fun and casual.

But their stylists are professional and do a great job with very involved types of styles and colorings. They take their time and make sure the job is done *right* -- well worth the prices. So don't expect to walk-in at fifteen minutes before closing and get a complicated color and style that takes 3 hours to do right -- make an appointment for that.

Even though they're almost always busy, I've never had to wait more than a minute or two for my appointment.
