Due to the temperature change my tires were low, pulled in, received help and was on the road in less than 5 minutes. The guys were so nice and polite and ran outside to meet me, put air in no questions asked. Great customer service, would go back for now for actual service or to look at a car.

Buying a car can be one of the most stressful events especially if you are financing for the first time. Tyler and I were in there looking for a new truck to replace his F150. We went in with the intention of only looking and left with a brand new 2017 Silverado. Keith was more than helpful in the process and Parks offers great pricing. Tyler is so excited about the new truck! Thanks to everyone for making it happen.

My conversations started with Parks after submitting info on their website when I found the Suburban I wanted. Malcolm Kay reached out to me and he was professional and helpful right away. When I came into the dealership Malcolm took me out to the truck and took a lot of time to walk me through the features and options, go for a test drive and make me aware of a few other items I hadn't thought of.
Being in sales myself, I really appreciated that he did not use pressure to try and close the deal. I believe if you try to get to know someone and what they are personally looking for, the sale will happen naturally. I would highly recommend Malcolm if you are not a fan of high pressure selling! I was able to get a great price on my new Suburban and was thrilled. The sales manager, Troy and finance guy, Steve, made my time at their dealership a really positive experience!response / report this review -

Alps Arslan was very helpful. He was professional and also very funny. He is a people person. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Equinox. He had knowledge of all the vehicles and made sure we got the best deal that fitted our budget. I never left a dealership feeling as happy as I did yesterday. If you go here ask for Alps!!! He will keep you entertained and informed at the same time.. I will be a lifetime customer with them. They are also going to clean my car for a year free!!

We have bought 2 trucks now from Parks Chevrolet. Both from Tito Pedroso. Once again he took great care of us. the new location is great with easy access and they have a very nice environment and snacks to make you feel at home. Service Department is great. Visited twice with two different vehicles. First visit Cindy was my service advisor. She was great. Got me in same day and the problem was corrected without a problem. Second visit Mike was my service advisor and again got me in same day. Joe and Mark were the service technicians (diesel truck) that did the work. Very helpful in answering any questions I had about my truck. Everyone I've encountered at Parks has been very friendly. Always a pleasure going there.

Had an excellent experience with Parks Chevrolet in Charlotte this week. Everyone was friendly, from the initial phone call through financing. Louis Nucci was especially helpful and went above and beyond to locate exactly what I was looking for, which was a little tough to find as I was very particular, and make sure I was thrilled with it. They kept me updated every step of the way and made for a smooth and pleasant process. They also had the best deal around on a truck that was very difficult to find, and believe me I did a lot of searching. I would recommend Louis and Parks Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thanks for the help y'all!!

I recently purchased a car from Parks Chevrolet and had a pretty pleasant experience at the dealership. Freddy Yodi, my salesman, was very helpful during the entire process. He assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the purchase. He has also been available to answer questions that I have had regarding the car since I bought it, which I have greatly appreciated. I did not feel the same level of customer service when working with the financial rep, but all-in-all I have been pleased with my experience with Parks and will consider them in the future.

Malcolm Kay was the best associate I have worked with during my car buying experience! He worked way beyond necessary to make sure I left happy and in the car I really wanted. Malcolm made sure I had the right color, trim and most importantly price! I can not stress how great my car buying experience was because of him. I absolutely love this dealership. Very friendly staff, fast and efficient process, great value in the vehicle I purchased for the lowest price in the area! I would highly recommend for a wonderful car buying experience. My sales rep was Jeff Adams, sales manager Patrick Nestor. Great guys, hassle free process! Go see them for the best experience!!
