  I had originally contacted True Air after receiving horrible customer service from the first company my HSA recommended. At that point in time the technician from said company had not shown up (it had been over a week since I first called and 24 hours past original appointment date.) He said he could fit me in the next day if needed and to call him in the morning. The technician from the other company showed up in the morning and diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor (our unit was tripping a breaker.) He recommended a replacement unit or compressor. I called Darrel to let him know a technician had been at the site and made a diagnosis for replacement but asked if his company could do the replacement as we were not happy with the original company. He said as long as HSA approved the replacement we were good to go and that he could come out and take a quick look to familiarize himself with the unit so he knew what was happening (an hour after I called.) When he arrived he correctly diagnosed a breaker problem with our inside unit (a wire was loose), fixed the problem, and even added a little freon to our unit at no charge. Needless to say I was beyond impressed with the response from Darrel and this company. I will be using them from now on.
