If I had to rate this company, it would definitely be in the minus. What is sad is, just 6 months ago my wife rated this place with a 5 star (her brother was a customer) and she had a pleasant experience dealing with them on her brother's behalf. NOW, since she is also a customer, their attitude has completely changed! They were very nice getting her signed up, but after that, if she would call for a question about her cpap, they would treat her as a bother, like she was stupid, and being just plain RUDE, over talking her, and not willing to answer her question. I have also talked to them on the phone and have ALSO received the same treatment from them. I would stay as far away from this place as possible!!

Wouldn't recommend them. Hassle with dealing with over medical equipment unless you want to do their job and just contact the insurance yourself. Still waiting on cpap supplies ordered weeks ago, can't even get a tracking number. 😝

I had the opportunity to work with William Brothers on my brothers behalf. I would like to say these are a GREAT group of people to work with. They are very helpful, polite, GREAT Customer service and just around GOOD PEOPLE!! Thanks so much for everything~

With limited options for medical supply companies covered by our insurance company, this was the only local company that carried the product I needed. Originally, I thought the customer service at Williams Bros was terrific. They were helpful in taking their time to explain the insurance billing issues (and why the insurance company wouldn't cover certain products I wanted) BUT when I finally received insurance approval for purchase, I sent my husband in to pick up the product and he said the people at Williams Bros were dismissive of our concerns to look at the product before purchase. They wouldn't let him take it out of the box and look at it! Why not? What did they have to hide?
Not only did they try to give us a lesser quality product than was originally shown to me, but they said that the original product I wanted was on backorder and couldn't be received for months. MONTSH?! What kind of a medical product supply store can't get a major brand breast pump that is carried in every single major retail store to be in stock for two months? I didn't have time to wait for the backorder product, so Williams Bros people told my husband that a different brand product was available. I found their price markup disgusting. The purchase price direct from the product's website was $239, but Williams Bros was charging us (via our insurance company) $339! Horrible! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED.
The fact that they didn't want my husband to look at the product was one thing; that they didn't have the brand I originally ordered was another hiccup. But the absurd price inflation (that is beyond what was covered by our insurance, so we will have to pick up the cost ourselves) is beyond what I can handle. Shame on you, Williams Brothers Health Care of Columbus, Indiana.response / report this review
