Rooms were wonderful! Very clean, spacious, quiet, and modern. It is in a great location in the middle of uptown and downtown. Close to great dining, bars, and shops! The room location was okay, the view was of the top of part of building so that was unfortunate. But the room had beautiful decor, large flat screen TV, great closet storage, and little coffee/ stocked fridge. The servive was good, when we came to check in they seemed a bit off put by our dog being with us.. she is a service animal and wasn't staying there. But they just made it a little awkward..Other than that it's a beautiful hotel with great rooms in an awesome location!

Phenomenal hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were modern yet elegant. Courtney one of the managers could not have been more helpful and everyone at the hotel made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend!!

I attended a wedding at the Hotel Crescent Court on a Friday evening. The place is beautiful and in the heart of downtown. I wish I was staying the night! But it was a bit pricey. The wedding was held on their courtyard, which is nicely situated to accommodate the wedding, though hard to see the wedding party, depending on where you sat. For the cocktail hour, there's a big outdoor covered terrace to hang out. The dinner was amazing-- the options were steak and steak. The only reason I have this four stars are things they can't really change so I hesitated a little in even docking stars The location of the hotel is close enough to Dallas Love that the ceremony kept getting interrupted by planes flying overhead and making a bunch of noise. Like, it was loud. And it was the same way during the cocktail hour. Also, for the reception, there are big columns in the ballroom so if you were unfortunate enough to sit behind them, you really couldn't see what was happening (affects probably fewer than a dozen people).

This Hotel has been a time honored establishment in Uptown Dallas for years. I have frequented this Hotel on enumerable occasions in the past because of its convenient location. The major issue is that the staff and facility is cold, dry, and rather pretentious. It has an air of being stale and uninviting. It doesn't seem to have developed a sense of being inspiring nor an intriguing experience these days. Stale might be the best descriptive but could easily be improved with the right management insight and still maintain its refined stature. Loosen up guys. even those of us that expect 5 star quality in an edifice, would like more personality to accompany the tangibles.

Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly, and the food was great! The shower head was pretty unique; water pressure was excellent. They are in the midst of remodeling (I didn't have a remodeled floor), but kept the construction noise at a very reasonable level, unlike most hotels undergoing construction. The amenities are plentiful and well kept. Can't wait to come back when the remodeling is finished!

Great venue for events. It's quite elegant and open. There are few places with the space to have such nice courtyards devoted to greenery in Dallas.

Great gym and has a great selection of machines. Spa was very accessible from the gym. The spa was great, the spa staff are very helpful in showing you around; helping you get situated and relaxed in no time. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed building too!

Very nice, high-end hotel but you definitely get what you pay for. Incredibly comfortable beds, a great court yard and pool, workout facility and locker room with steam, sauna, hot tub, and danish plunge. Also, cucumber water and shoe shining. They pull every trick out of the pocket here.

Great gym and has a great selection of machines. Spa was very accessible from the gym. The spa was great, the spa staff are very helpful in showing you around; helping you get situated and relaxed in no time. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed building too!

Great place, I went here for a private cocktail party. The drinks was nice, good wine selection loved the crab cakes and chicken skewers for appetizers. Valet staff was very nice on providing a ride back to my hotel after the party. Nice experience overall.

Wonderful weekend stay at the Crescent Court in Uptown Dallas. The lobby is beautiful, spacey and love the gold accents. Valet and front desk service was top-notch, very friendly and helpful. My room was tidy and spacious. Loved the vanity, it was perfect for getting ready in the morning. The location is wonderful as well- SO many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
