  I had an issue where squirrels had chewed their way into my attic via the roof. I called RoofPRO for an inspection and after the estimate, I decided to utilize their services. About a week later, a roofer came out and did some work. Took him approximately 45 minutes to complete the work. I was shocked at his speediness but, whatever. I asked him for pictures of the work and he showed me how he patched the hole. NOT what I agreed to. Nowhere close. None of the ruined materials were removed and replaced and the work actually looked horrible. Later that evening, I received a call from the supervisor (I didn't call and complain) who stated he spoke with the guy who did the work and was informed I wasn't satisfied. He stressed to me that he wouldn't be happy until I was completely happy with the work and would call me back the next day. He actually called me back within the hour and promised a new roofer the very next day.
  
  The second roofer, Tito, was EXCELLENT! When I tell you the work done was like night and day compared to the first roofer, please believe me. The job took over 4 hours (I'm no roofer but I knew 45 minutes was just too fast for what I was promised in the estimate) and it was done to perfection. I couldn't have asked for better results.
  
  Sometimes you get caught up with bad companies. Sometimes good companies get stuck with workers whowellI don't want to disparage anyone. I'm a firm believer in anything can go wrong, how you fix your mistakes is what matters to me. RoofPRO owned the issue from start to finish and I thank them not only for the good work but for not making it a stressful event. This could have really gone left.

  We are really satisfied with the professionalism that TJ Ritchie our estimator showed, he was prompt, answered all of our questions right away and made the experience of having to replace our roof painless. We would recommend Roof Pro to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced. Also Ken Stanley and all the workers were very professional and hard working. We are very pleased with our new roof.

  MILITARY FRIENDLY!!! Great experience 😀 gave me a huge discount for being retired military. I worked with TJ he was great transparent and honest. Make sure you request him to do any work. Also they cut me a refund check for materials they didn't use. 5 stars

  This was an great experience from beginning to end. The appointment for the estimation went as scheduled and the price was fair and appropriate. The employees were exceptionally knowledgeable and cordial. The skylights were replaced, they are pleasing to the eye on the inside and outside and I can hardly wait for it to rain!

  From start to finish, RoofPRO was first class. We interviewed several roofing companies, and by far, RoofPRO was the most prepared, professional, and courteous.
  
  The initial roof inspection was very thorough, and immediate diagnosis was provided. An explanation of the entire roofing process was given with detailed pictures with overlays that showed each step clearly. Materials to be used were explained and questions all answered. At no time was there any pressured sale tactics.
  
  We were impressed that RoofPRO was the only roofing company that pointed out that the back porch roof, which was newer, did not need replacing as it was still in very good condition. We were provided with two price estimates, one showing the price without having the porch re-roofed, and another showing the price if we chose to re-roof the porch as well as the rest of the house. We did ultimately choose to have the porch included.
  
  The roofing tiles were delivered the day before the roof replacement. On the scheduled day for the job, the roofing team showed up exactly on time. The foreman was very knowledgeable, explaining exactly how the job was going to proceed and how long it would take. Careful preparation of the site with tarps preceded the commencement of the roofing itself, and other than two roofing nails we found in the driveway, the site was immaculate when the job was completed. Our entire roof was replaced in about 7 hours.
  
  We have since recommended RoofPRO to others and will continue to do so. We recommend RoofPRO 100% and would definitely hire them again.

  RoofPro did a great job with 3 projects that I had them estimate and perform for me. They were timely, professional and gave a straight-forward assessment of the work to be done. And then the best part is, they deliver! Recommend them highly!

  As their blog confirms, we have used this contractor for several projects dealing with the exterior of our house and our siding project just reaffirms why we started working with RoofPro in the first place.
  
  When we bought our home, we knew the roof was nearing the end of its life, but what we did not suspect is that the siding was done in such a way that it looked nice, but the workmanship was less than ideal. Over time, we had issues with shingles blowing away or becoming semi-detached from our house. We also had issues with water getting behind the siding in strange ways.
  
  Based on all of their previous work, RoofPro was the first and only call we made for this project. After finalizing the color and texture of the siding, these guys quickly converted the project from proposal to finished job and our house practically looked brand new.
  
  You never really know what unexpected project awaits you as a homeowner, but we are fairly confident that no part of home's exterior will be an issue ANYTIME soon. That confidence is thanks to the professionalism and workmanship of the guys at RoofPro.
