The first time I ordered from here it did not go well. Then they had Black Friday in July and I ordered a bunch of times for the sales and each time went incredibly well.

Ordered a tattoo machine which was $1300. After I ordered I realized that there was $100 of if I purchased in a certain day this month. I called and asked if could please be offered the discount as cash back or even credit towards their store as I will be needing more things or I could send it back as a return and purchase later in the month month when it was on sale. This was my first time purchase and I’m just starting to get into the tattoo industry. The lady I spoke with said she couldn’t do anything and to email the support team. So I did this and got an email saying NO! They would not offer credit back, they would not take the unused machine back , nor would they even offer credit to their store. I replied that I am first time buyer and that this was upsetting that they would not help in any manner. I didn’t see anything about not being able to return a tattoo machine in their site when purchasing. Very upset and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never got a response or anything. Wow what lousy customer service they have!!!!!!
Update. I was offered the $100 credit and was taken care of. Thanks for making things right !!!response / report this review -

terrible service. I ordered some piercing and tattoo supplies from painful pleasures nearly a month ago. I expected maybe a week, week and a half for it to ship to me. A little over two weeks later, I recieved my order, only to find they had switched my order with someone else's, so I recieved an item that was not mine. I emailed them to let them know, and asked for expedited shipping on my actual order since I had already waited two weeks. Had to ask them for a new tracking number, which currently reveals that the order is still in transit another two whole weeks after the first shipping mishap. Who knows when my order will arrive because the tracking number just says "in transit/arriving late" and has said that since I recieved the new tracking number. I run a business and needed these supplies WEEKS ago. This company has terrible customer service and shipping takes FOREVER.
This was my first and last time as a customer of painful pleasures and I would not recommend this business to any one.response / report this review -

As a piercer AND someone who loves decorating my own face, I absolutely love shopping here! They have great quality tools and jewelry, and ship very quickly! I’ve even had a few issues with some orders that they quickly fixed with no issues so the customer service is DEFINITELY up to par! Great prices, great customer service and great products! 10/10!

In 4 yrs of ordering, hey are the only place I trust the product, delivery date and quality is higher than the prices for all tattoo and piercing products! Customer service goes above and beyond the 2 times I had an issue, neither were the company's fault (lost package and a mistake I made when ordering the 1st time). I got a discount on a reorder/replacement for a lost package that wasn't insured and they didn't have any obligation to help me, and when I made a mistake ordering, they sent me a gift and waived the 2nd shipping costs for the product I forgot to order the 1st time. They r reliable and customer service literally replies with an hour on a weekend!
Quality products that they could charge much more for and know it, but instead they always have deals!!!response / report this review -

Recently placed an order through their website and am completely happy with my purchase. Customer service was quick and helpful and they have a huge line of products to choose from for great prices. The shipping costs are cheap (even to Canada!) and it was fast. Super happy and will be purchasing from this shop again in the future :)

This shop is one of my go to's to get my tattoo supplies. I absolutely love their products I have never been disappointed with any of their products. They have top of the line products for top of the line prices which are totally affordable. I love how timely they ship products and how they are packed, their is no leakage from inks or anything all over the place. I HIGHLY recommend to order from there!! Check their website out!!!

This place has the worst customer service. BEWARE!!!! I told a representative that I was outside parking at 4:57 pm. She left anyway at 4:59 even though she promised that she would stay until closing at 5 pm. I asked to speak to the manager and he cane up front looking completely unprofessional and said “we are closed” without even asking me a question. If you are expecting top notch service and professionalism , BEWARE! They completely wasted my time. The place is VERY hard to fine . I am so glad that I didn’t pay for the items that I ordered . I pressed pay “at pick up”. I will not be patronizing this place EVER.

I love shopping at Painful Pleasures. I have sensitive ears and like to wear earring. They have a great selection of titanium and niobium which don't bother my ears. There is always something new being adding which is nice. I love that you can customize too. If you have any questions they answer quickly. They all well worth the money and wait.

This was my first order with Painful Pleasures, and I couldn't be more happy with it. The nose screw I bought was exactly as described and totally accurate. It is polished to a mirror finish and there weren't any nicks or rough edges. Shipping was fast (and I live in Canada), and costumer service was super quick to respond to any inquiries and were very helpful. It's hard to find high quality pieces that are also affordable, but that's what I've found with Painful Pleasures, and I will definitely be purchasing more jewellery in the future.

Overall Painful Pleasures is the best no nonsense, no gimmicks tattoo and piercing supplier. I find their staff to be some of the most helpful and knowledgeable in the industry. Their selection is incomparable to any other suppliers out there. I've had small issues with orders but they were all taken care of with speed and accuracy. Painful pleasures is innovative and ahead of many other suppliers because of their obvious commitment to the tattoo and piercing industry and I would highly recommend them!

I love Painful Pleasures. I've been a customer for years, whether it was buying tattoo supplies or jewelry for myself, I've almost always been thrilled. With the few times that things didn't go as planned with my orders, PP has always been there for me, and ready to make my experience right. I see the warehouse growing and having more and more items available which is always nice because it sucks to go to more then one place for your needs. Moreover, PP is great at running promotions and sales (who doesn't love that?). I'm just so happy I'm so close to such a fantastic supply house.

Never had a tattoo supplier deliberately with hold my order. Everytime I tried to contact the buisness it's says there closed during there hours of operation tried to overnight a machine. And they didn't have the color I wanted that wasn't a big deal but they didn't notify me until 503. After hours of operation then the next day would not respond to emails or phone calls and after three days of this still haven't shipped my order I don't understand why they would treat customers this way

This place is horrible. I tried calling the company every other hour to get my order shipped out that was pending verification. My card was charged, i sent them emails and voice mails but they never responded to my messages. I have shopped here before and after this experience I will no longer be buying items from here anymore. I should have ordered from Kingpin
