I was experiencing a vibration in my front end at speeds over 60 miles an hour. I brought it in for service and found out that the control arms were broken. The service was done in a day and the alignment was performed as well. My car is back to running in perfect condition. This is our second time back in under a year. We purchased a Rogue the first time and a Kicks this time and feel very satisfied. We feel like we got great vehicles, with the exact features and in the exact colors that we wanted, for a great price that really fit our needs and look fantastic, too. Extremely professional and friendly. Love the salesmen. Never any pressure when my car is serviced I highly recommend the service department for all my service needs. The always give me a car wash voucher after my car has been serviced. All of the sales staff is the best from the front desk to the team working on the cars. Always professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

This review is for the service department. The Service advisor, Mike, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. From the moment I set the appointment up with my many questions, to the vehicle being serviced, and the completion of the work, he assisted me along the way. Kudos to the cashier as well, as she was very friendly.
This was one of the best dealer service experiences I have had.

As always, the service crew at Antwerpen was super-courteous and efficient. Mike Hastings, who handled this service visit, went out of his way to accommodate me. He was super honest about suggested procedures, letting me know which were priorities and which could wait a bit longer. At no time did I feel pressured, and the work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Located at the end of Auto Drive sits this wonderful dealership. Upon arrival you're surprisingly free to roam the lot pressure free. You're simply told if there's anything you need, they're inside to help. Showroom is very nice and there's a good selection of new and used vehicles. Salesman are young and ambitious. Total time in dealership was only a few hours from start to finish. Sales manager was very nice and they offer many financial banks for any type of credit score. Finance office is super cool. You digitally sign your paperwork on a desk and aren't pressured into buying anything, just given options. All in all got a great deal and a nice vehicle because JACK SAID YES!!

Today I purchased my first car from Dennis. He talked me through the entire process and did not push me to make any decisions with which I was uncomfortable. The manager was also great, as he remembered me from a prior visit, and which car I came to look at. Dennis was personable and friendly, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. Could not have had a better experience for my first time buying a car.

Big Greg and Roy are the Best!!!!! I purchased a new car in August 2016. I never experienced such good service from any other car dealership. I was so impressed I brought my mom to the car dealership to buy a new car. I would refer anyone to the both of them to purchase a car.
