We had Tyler and Calvin at our home recently to install a water heater. What I like about working with them is that they are not trying to upsell. I appreciated Tyler's honesty and thoroughness in explaining everything wrong with our old water heater. Grateful for him making a return trip to our home to make sure everything was working properly. Look forward to working with Tyler again in the future if a need arises. Thank you!

Scheduled a service to have my cracked sewer drains checked, took a day off and waited all day. Was initially told that someone will show up between 8am to 12pm and was assured that we would be the first call. 11:50 comes around , receive a call saying that the guys might be busy and that they will come between 12pm to 4pm and wait patiently. Comes 3:50pm and I call them and the lady states the guys are still busy and may need to reschedule. Can’t handle the work load , please do not waste peoples time, it’s just as valuable as yours! Will not recommend this place.

Tyler was very professional and nice. He is a great plumber that took the time to explain the issue with my sump pump so that I understood how the repair was going to get solved. He did a great job! I would definitely use OConnor again for the customer service, friendly and kind professional and the reliable and fair price. Excellent job!!

I took down my other post abt this company. They were great post and did great work, but recently i had them to my home, but now sadly I need to find another 😢 plumbing company. I wasn't happy with the service or the bill.

I purchased a new washer and dryer, which were delivered without the parts necessary for installation. Frustrated with the delivery personnel and the store from which I made the purchase, I called O'Connor Plumbing and asked for help. Jeff and Clyde came to my home the same day I called. They quickly identified what was missing and showed me online what parts I needed to buy for the installation. Jeff even game me his cell number in case I had a problem while shopping for the missing parts. Jeff and Clyde returned the next day to do the install but needed another part, which I had failed to pick up. They returned the next day, after normal working hours, to do the final work. Because they were aware I had been without a washer and dryer for several days, they made a special effort to work me into their busy schedule..They were smart, polite, friendly, understanding and very professional. I highly recommend O'Connor Plumbing and, in particular, Jeff and Clyde. Stellar service!

Our garbage disposal was almost 15 years old and began leaking one morning last week. I called O'Connor and Evelyn was able to have Fred out at my house later that afternoon ready to install a new disposal. Fred showed up on time and was very thorough with the work. Found that not only was the disposal in need of replacement, but the drains were almost fully clogged with grease and debris. He cleared everything out at no additional charge and also found that our existing faucet also had a small drip at times under the sink we weren't aware of. He was able to come back a few days later to install a new faucet that we picked up from Home Depot and everything is working great. Can't say enough about the quality work Fred and O'Connor provided. Will definitely call them again when the need arises.

I recently received outstanding service from O'Connor Plumbing, specifically technicians Jeff and Claire! When I needed to have a leak looked at in my home, I called another large plumbing contractor in the area who wasn't able to send someone for four days. O'Connor was able to have someone out in under four hours. I was impressed by their use of high-tech diagnostic tools, like a snake cam to see inside my walls and pin-point the source of the leak. Jeff and Claire were incredibly professional, and showed respect for my home by wearing boot covers and keeping things clean. They quickly and efficiently repaired the issue, to my satisfaction. Because of Jeff and Claire's level of service, I purchased a service contract with O'Connor for ongoing work at my duplex, and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend O'Connor Plumbing!

I really want to say how happy and satisfied I was with the service that I received from associates Jeff and Claire. I happen to be driving through the Home Depot parking lot and saw your truck. I asked the driver who was Jeff if he could come to my house because I was concerned that I had a water leak. Jeff and Claire said that they could not do it today but was willing to take down my phone number and call me to let me know when they could come. I received a call from Jeff that same day saying that he will come to the house in the morning at 8am. Jeff and Claire kept there word and showed up on time and really helped me understand what problem I was having and also pointed out some other possible problems I may have . Jeff and Claire are very professional and I thought it was there company because they really explained things and offered solutions to help with solving my $2890 dollar problem. As an Administrator myself you only hear the complaints and never the positive feedback. Because of Jeff and Claire I have signed a contract with your company and will use them only for any additional work that I need to have done on my home. Word of mouth can make or break a company and I will make sure that i spread the word that they need to use your company O'Connor for there plumbing and heating needs. Please make sure that this goes in there personal file because they really deserve to know how GREAT of a job that they are doing. Thanks again for having such good and trained associate. The plumbers are GREAT, they corrected the issues cleanly. The office staff that supports the scheduling is not efficient. If you make an appointment double check the time and date..Twice, i had to wait an unnecessary amount of time for my technician, not because of the technician but because the scheduler had the wrong time or date. The first time they were suppose to be here on 3/30 i called because they were an hour late adn she said "oh that was scheduled for 3/31 is that not correct". He had to make another appointment because it was a much bigger job, the second time when i called to see where my plumber was she said "he should be there" that was at 9 am, he was supposed to he at my house at 8 am , i waited until 12 called, no call back, got her voicemail, good customer service she should have called me back with status. The new plumber showed up at 12:30, no call from the office. If you want to waste your day waiting call them. The plumbers are great, seriously the support staff leaves little to be desired.

Today I called this company to file a complaint about two of their employees working at my apartment complex. Two young men before leaving in their o'Connors van stopped behind my vehicle to take a long look at my friend, whom is a girl and talked to themselves. She was sexually harassed, her and I felt very uncomfortable. This was so disrespectful and unprofessional. To make them stop, I had to ask what in the world do you think your doing?? Then one of them gave me a thumps up and slowly drove away from the complex. Terrible! Women shouldn't be treated like they are a piece of clothing item on sale. Especially by employees who are working. I am writing this review because when I called, I don't think they took me seriously and they need to take this seriously. Women aren't trash.

I've had several plumbing issuers over the past couple of years ranging from burst pipes, replacing of main shut of valve, and moving an existing pipe. O'Connor plumbing has always been knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They did their work quickly and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them.

Experience from someone who never used O'Connor. I called them and told them I needed a new water heater. Without saying another word I was put on hold. So I am now 30 minutes into being told by a machine how happy they are that I called. O'Connor is right in my neighborhood, so I wanted to go with them. I am hanging up and calling Home Depot, who will actually pick-up eventually.

First, whoever is the lady taking the service calls, her costumer service is far away of what it should be in a business like this company. She should have an organized calendar so the job requested for a certain day and time aren't screwed or missed. If customers schedules a job, they expect the company to send their people within the time frame provided. Moreover, if for some reason there is a delay or the job cannot be done at the time, the company should call the customers to advise them of the changes. Very poor customer service. They should definitely review their scheduling processes and have a different person answering the service calls.
