Clean, well kept, friendly staff and so convenient!!!! Free truck to move your items! Unit had pallets and shelving which was so helpful and maximized the space. Staff CJ and Mary made it a seamless and easy experience. Would definitely use again!

My girlfriend and I was looking for a good storage unit to put a couple of things into. After a little research we came across STORExpress and decided to try them out. When we first got there the first thing I noticed was that the store was nice and clean. We was greeted by a very nice lady sitting at the desk. She sat us down and clearly explained our options to use. She showed us several units because we could not decide on what size we wanted. She was very patient and remained friendly, and helpful throughout the entire tour. I would highly recommend this storage place and I would definitely tell friends and family about them.

We have had good customer service at this location. We liked it so much that we came and got another unit. Everyone we have dealt with us been polite and easy going. I would do it again if I needed to. Thank you.

The staff here, every single one of them, have been great! Very patient, very nice, and very professional. The units are clean and secure and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. They also have a rental truck available which is really helpful.

This facility is the best, well run and managed. CJ and Mary are wonderful in solving any issues you might have with their experience. They cheerfully go above and beyond.The facility is very clean, secure, and well maintained. I have rented at this facility for many years and have always been pleased by their professionalism. I recommend this convenient location to anyone that needs short or long term storage and THANKS ladies for all your help.

I have been a customer here for over 3 years. The facility is so well cared for and the staff is always ready to help with anything they can. If you want to get a nice storage unit, they make everything as easy as possible. The free truck is a great savings when you are moving in. I recommend them to everyone.

From day one everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The day we were moving some things out we scheduled their free moving truck, but it was unavailable after 3 pm. That morning I was called because whoever scheduled the truck earlier in the day had cancelled and they asked if we wanted it earlier. AMAZING! I will always recommend this place to store, and will probably always continue to come back. Aside from how awesome everyone the place was very clean, and we felt safe leaving our belongings there.

My wife and I were recently moving and needed to store some of our belongings for a short time while our new house was being renovated. We stopped out at storage express in New Kensington and I am so glad we did. We decided to use one of their climate controlled storage areas and I must say I was very impressed, everything was very clean and the staff there was very helpful with all of our needs. I will be referring you guys to all of my friends. Keep up the great work.

Recommendable staff. Had me smiling the whole time ! And made moving so much more less stressful. The staff was unbelievable very nice & outgoing I was helped by a lady named C.J very sweet and helped me as much as possible! She definitely knew how to keep a SMILE on my face that day! Friendly, able staff. Nice units. Truck usage at move-in is a MAJOR plus, one that certainly took advantage of. I have a unit in the really cool automated storage facility, which is a neat element that I haven't seen in any other facility. Excellent storage facility!
