Great team, led by Omar. They have the best vehicles and they will go the extra mile to make sure you get the right vehicle at the right price. We’ve bought 5 cars from Omar in the past 5 years and he’s been a pleasure to do business with. I leased a new Jeep during the chip-shortage period. It was hard finding a car within my budget anywhere in the DMV but Omar and JP helped me tremendously to make it happen! I also did the entire transaction (from evaluating options to signing paperwork) virtually and they handled it seamlessly 🙌🏼 highly recommend!

Our salesperson, Luis, was great! He found a car that I was looking for and we made the deal over the phone and via text message. I just went there on a Saturday and did the paperwork and picked up the car. The finance manager Ali was also fantastic. He didn't try to sell me BS products and life insurance that DARCARS dealers usually try to get you sign up for.

I Had an engine repair there, that cost me close to 5k, after the job was done no one call me.
The only way I knew it was done, is because their customer service call me for a survey about
my experience. When I pick up the car I was told by Corey that the job was well done and they did a throughout multipoint inspection and everything look great. After a month I return to have a
Copy of the inspection they did to purchase a warranty, now Corey is telling me I have to redo it for $89.
They did it and guess what they found some 4 more problems that need repair totaling about 2k, wow! It all happened in 1 month. Why it was great a month ago and now I have a barrage of repair to do? I question their professionalism, honesty and integrity. The repair also worry’s me, I’m going to need a forensic expert mechanic to sort this out.

My wife and I are very motivated buyers of a Jeep Grand Cherokee and tried with both of our current vehicles to get into a new Lease. The salesman Abdoul, at first was very responsive but as soon as the numbers didn't work, he just disappeared. I informed him that I would write about the lack of response and lack of willingness to make it work even though we are very motivated. We are taking our business elsewhere and will not ever consider buying from here. We will also be letting our friends know of this experience.

Great customer service. No nonsense in the garage. I had a breakdown, I was towed in. They treated me like I had bought every vehicle I have never owned in this location. Great hot chocolate too.

It's not the same place as it was under the older management few years back. Now they won't even give you fair price for your trade. Watch out for some fast talking sales people. Do check another location before buying.

Dropped a van off for "check engine light" at 2k miles took the 6 days to diagnose because i didn't have an appointment. diagnose: "squirrel damaged a sensor" . $600 down on a brand new Dodge van. At 8k miles "check engine" light is on again tried to make an appointment and earliest day available is 3 weeks from now. Not sure whats worse this Dodge Caravan or the stealership. Toyota and Honda have express service 45 minutes same day service!

Although we did not purchase our Jeep as we decided to keep our current lease a little while longer, we give 5 stars for Darcars CDJ, they were very professional and friendly. I want to thank Juan in sales, Omar the sales manager, and Berry in finance for taking the time to appraise our trade and work up some numbers. When the time comes to purchase a Jeep we will be back. High recommendation for their team!

It's taken me a couple of months to post this, but I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and the customer service I received from this dealership! I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango back in June and am not only still in love with my purchase, but still very pleased with the entire process. My salesman, Nabil, was excellent to deal with. He kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. The finance department worked with me to make the deal happen. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. This is the second truck I have purchased from this dealership and will definitely go back again!

I was very impressed with the Service Manager Iman. He worked with my warranty company to get them to cover a major repair when they were giving me a hassle. He didn't have to do that and I greatly appreciate his efforts on my behalf.

The facility is really nice and the staff is friendly and courteous. Will definitely be back for future Service on my Dodge Grand Caravan.

Ask for Andy when you go because he was able to deliver everything I wanted and more within my price range. Very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Awesome experience since I first spoke to Arthur. He setup an appointment to meet with me the next day to come into the dealership and discuss my needs. He sent an email including the entire car inventory so I can get an idea of the car I might be interested in. When I arrived to the dealership he greeted me and made me feel welcomed. We walked to car lot while discussing my car interest and available cars. I found the car I was interested in and I was able to test drive it to make sure its the best option. I left the lot with my dream car and at a great deal with NO MONEY DOWN. The best car buying experience I've had. Arthur is a GREAT GUY, PLEASE GO SEE HIM. THANKS AGAIN.
