Bought a subaru legacy at Rocky ridge. This is the second time we dealt with them and would recommend buying a car here. There prices are good. The only reason for the four rating is their prices have gone up a little. It use to be no comparison to other dealers.

Excellent service I was very happy with my experience with Rocky Ridge Auto and The Good Car Company. Great staff and clean facility. Very professional, polite and work with you to get the exact vehicle you want. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle. And was quick to answer questions as they came up. The process was very smooth; Jeremy makes it easy! I would recommend Jeremy to all my close friends and family.

We had a great experience buying from Rocky Ridge Auto. They aren't pushy and have no hassle pricing. They are very friendly and laid-back. We would definitely return there again to buy another car sometime in the future.

Excellent as always, bought my wife's van here 2 years ago and just bought my Taurus here a week ago, best prices with the lowest miles around, whenever I need or anyone else I know needs a quality low mileage vehicle Rocky ridge is the place to go, great staff,no pressure and no haggling cause there prices are low, thanks Travis and all staff!

Been doing business with this group for about a year now and upon first meeting, I gave them the go around attempting to drive every car in their lot. In the end I ended up purchasing a 2013 prius at 30 some thousand miles and never looked back. Continually drive all the way from Philadelphia just because I feel I trust these guys more than the competition (I've been to a lot of dealerships and auto repair shops)

I did not purchase my vehicle from Rocky Ridge however they were happy to accept my Honda Odyssey to repair. They were able to start working on it within a few days and had it finished it quickly! Excellent service and friendly family business environment! Thank You Tyler, Junior, and the service department at Rocky Ridge!

My husband Tim and I are first time customers at Rocky Ridge Auto Sales. We found the vehicle we wanted to look at to be exactly as advertised online. They were easy to work with, and we came away knowing we'd been treated fairly. We won't hesitate to come back her the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

I just bought my first car from Rocky Ridge and the process was easy and smooth. Jeremy and Travis were very nice. Nobody was pushy, the staff was helpful and provided all the necessary information. The prices were good too.

We've now purchased multiple vehicles at Rocky Ridge and the no hassle atmosphere is always a welcome way to buy a car. They are extremely patient and helpful. They give you space when you want it and assistance when needed, and prices are always fair. Superior car buying experience. Will keep going back!

This review says 4 stars.I wish we could have done 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 because it really was that.
My wife and I walked into Rocky Ridge Auto Sales on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and the team there was more than accommodating. That's a big deal because it was the end of the day at the end of the week and it came across very clearly that we were the priority over closing time and we were given everything we needed, so much so that we stayed 2 hours after closing. It's hard to find that kind of service these days.
The vehicle itself was immaculate. It's clear that the company takes a great pride in representing themselves and their vehicles in an utmost fashion and they did so with us. They answered every question, they helped us through understanding the vehicle, and in the end, we walked back in Monday and finalized the deal. We cannot give Rocky Ridge and Jeremy more credit for the outstanding service and professionalism we received.
The reason why this wasn't a 5 star review was that there was absolutely no negotiation on either the vehicle nor the trade-in. I disagree with any no-haggle policy, and was a bit frustrated from that perspective. In honesty, we had left a deal on the table another no-haggle dealership just the week before because of that very issue, and we were going to do the same here. But in the end, we were drawn back to Jeremy and Rocky Ridge because of the honesty, integrity, and professionalism they showed during our time there and we felt comfortable in making the deal.
5-star recommendation for anyone thinking about using Rocky Ridge for their vehicle needs.response / report this review
