There sevice is terrible they try to over charge my husband set there for 4 hrs for a oil change. He had appointment and there excuse was we got busy. We paid 200.00 dollars for life time oil change and they tried to charge for use of paper towels for the oil change.

Nicest people and fantast service!
I bought my tires from them a year ago. Great install & balance work.
They've done all my periodic services for years with never any issue, just simply outstanding! Love their customer wait lounge with the free cheese and nachos !!

After a month of frustration dealing with Toyota Dealerships throughout the Toyota South East Region, I was fortunate enough to contact Daytona Toyota and Scion. After my initial inquiry about a specific vehicle, they assigned a team member who very promptly got back to me. Glenn worked with me and was able to answer every question I had, provide me information I may not have requested and very professionally prepare my wife and I for our purchase of the right vehicle. (I had previously bee promised one thing and "rope-a-doped" by no less than four other dealers to this point)
Glenn was most interested in that we got what we were looking for, felt that the process was fair and transparent, and that we were ultimately satisfied. I can say without question that: 1 - Our expectations were well exceeded by Glenn and the team at Daytona Toyota and Scion, and 2 - We are exceptionally happy that the car we bought which was exactly what we asked for. Overall I would rate this as the single best experience I have had at a Car dealership - hands down.

Don't waste your time here! Very dishonest!
I saw this car online at Daytona Toyota. I called them before I drove 65 miles to them to make sure they would accept my offer. The salesperson "Kenny" was very nice and helpful and after going back and forth to his boss, we agreed on a price but few minutes later his boss changed his mind and I was shocked why they turned back on their offer! Kenny's boss was putting pressure on me to finance the car while i was gonna pay cash for it! They wanted to make some more money through financing as well!
I walked out of that dealership and later I found out by Kenny's boss through email that right after I left, they sold the car for more to another person! It seemed that while I was about to close the deal, someone else gave them more money for that car.
They are rootless and have no loyalty. They just made me drive 130 miles for nothing!response / report this review -

Scott was very nice and helpful. I came in for a oil change only as I bought my car from Toyota. What I don't understand why it took nearly 3 hours to change my oil I understand you are busy and you check other things.. my appointment was at 3pm which I was there on time and did not leave until 5.50pm they also forgot to put sticker in my window explain when I need to go back so I'm going to have to make another trip to Toyota let's hope it doesn't take them another 3 hour. Some of you staff are not very friendly and if it was not for the free oil change I would not use your services I do not appreciate it being treated like an idiot and my opinion doesn't count Scott was very very helpful I had him last time I went in because the gentleman before him was just beyond being rude

I purchased my 2010 Corolla SE at Daytona Toyota in December 2009. The sales and management staff were friendly and efficient. I have continued to have my car serviced at the local dealership. Howard Vann has been my service writer. He makes sure to explain whatever has been needed and why in terms I can understand. He has never steered me wrong. Whenever I might be interested in purchasing another vehicle, Daytona Toyota will be at the top of my list.

I switched to Toyota a few years ago mostly because of the staff at Daytona Toyota, and I couldn't be happier. DJ and Gibby always make sure to take their time with me and answer all of my questions, while also making me feel like more than just a customer. The best part about Daytona Toyota is the customer service. From oil changes to recalls, Gibby and DJ are always there to help me throughout the process and they make my life a lot easier because of it. They adapt to my busy schedule and I'm always satisfied with the work they do. If you're looking for a Toyota, these guys will take care of you and treat you right.

My wife, my 9month old daughter and I went down to Daytona Toyota looking for a new Tundra. I was greeted by DJ a sales consultant as soon as we parked. DJ was great, not your typical pushy sales person trying to sell you more than you want! DJ was able to get me exactly what I wanted and got it for a way better price than I expected. Overall experience was great and I will defiantly be doing future business with Daytona Toyota! Thanks again.

I was in a bind and needed a car fast. Mind you I don't have good credit, and had next to nothing for a down payment. They were able to get me into a nice car with monthly payments that I can actually afford. I would recommend Daytona Toyota to anyone and everyone!!

We called for a recall job from Toyota, Scott ordered the parts, called us as soon as it arrived to set an appointment. Scott was waiting for us with a very nice tender welcome. The job was completed in 2 hours. We have 2 Toyota in our house hold but certainly the entire family will switch to Toyota because the great customer service we received. Thank you Toyota for having a great associate.

It was a very nice experience buying a car from Daytona Toyota.Staff is very friendly and courteous. DJ was our sales specialist and he is definitely an asset to this company. DJ was absolutely amazing, patient, knowledgeable and answered all question and concern I had and also kept my kids entertained.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience. I was able to purchase my vehicle in a few hours with no hassle. I got a great price and the staff was very accommodating and willing to work with me. Highly recommended! I would definitely buy from them again.
