The Toyota facility in Deland truly impressed us. Bruce was our sales person. We felt very comfortable with him. He was able to explain very competently the features of the models we were interested in and explained the various features of purchasing styles in a very understandable way. Doing business with Bruce made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and we never felt pressured in any way. Tom, the general manager, stopped by to meet us and was available for any assistance we might need. We felt as though we were part of a very close family who truly cared about us, our needs and our total satisfaction with the car we purchased as well as any future support we might need.

Great customer service. Professional environment and readily available personnel to assist. Free yummy donuts and coffee! Great deals and sense of commitment from company towards customers. Greatly assisted me in getting a ride to their location to pick up my car. Full tank of gas, tire rotation, safely check and oil change!

My husband and I bought two Toyota Corollas from Parks Toyota in 2014 and it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever encountered. Just as our salesman promised, his work was just beginninghe wanted to build a long term relationship with us. We travel from Orlando to DeLand semi-annually to have our vehicles serviced. From the sales, service, and parts staff, they always make us feel welcome, greet us by name, and are always very accommodating. It may sound trite, but these folks really & truly treat us like family at every visit. When we are ready to purchase our next set of vehicles, we will look no further than Parks Toyota for all of our sales and service needs.

I had a wonderful experience working with Derek Jenkins at Park Toyota. He secured the exact make and model that I was looking for. There were a few delays due to transportation, but Derek and everyone at Parks were very helpful in relaying information about where my car was. Derek made sure that I was getting the best price for my car, and I really appreciated the starting price car being lower than all the other dealerships that I called. It saved me from having to negotiate pricing. I highly recommend going with Parks Toyota over any other dealership in central Florida, and especially Derek Jenkins!

(Second experience) Spoke with Alex prior to coming in to get everything sorted on reducing my interest rate and moving to a newer model Corolla. Jerry Bennett was great to work with, going through the test drive and all of the initial/post paperwork. Came back after the first time buyer, will continue to return as needed in the future.

(First experience) Alex was extremely helpful and communicative for a few days before I had even walked into the dealership, once there Bruce was extremely helpful as well through the whole process. Made the process easier than I had expected to be as a first time buyer.

He made us feel at ease; he simplified the process by getting all the paperwork done ahead of time; he ensured that I got the vehicle I wanted although it was not on the lot at the time; he went over all of the features of the vehicle; and followed up several times to ensure that all was well and I was satisfied. I traveled from Tampa after working with Michael Johnson via email, chat and phone calls for a couple weeks. Glad I did! Wow, Excellent Customer service – very polite and respectful. He went far above and beyond. He came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. I was helping mom buy a car, but since she was at home, I drove one car and Michael followed me in another for a 30 min drive (one way) just to give mom two options to consider. When we were back at the dealership, Jason Parker was also, very professional and respectful. They offered me a great deal (yes, it was great as I was obsessive with my research) with absolutely no pressure. There was no ‘hard sale’, haggling, or any of the typical dealership tactics we’ve all come to despise. After, finalizing the paperwork, Michael delivered a 2017 Corolla the same night and drove mom’s trade-in back to the dealership. Do yourself a favor – give Parks Toyota of Deland a chance. If your experience is anything close to mine, you’ll be glad you did. Thanks again Michael and Jason!!!

The staff was very professional, approachable and willing to accommodate my needs and desires for a vehicle. They were also attentive to the details of my request. I shopped around that day, so personality traits were easily comparable and is crazy when sales persons speak 'at' you instead of 'to' you, if that makes sense. This place was not like that and it made a huge difference. The process took a very long time, but they stayed after hours to help us wrap it up as that is just the normal process based on our situation. I have no regrets.
