Played with figures and deceived me in regard to what I was getting for my trade. Definitely should have paid more attention but the sales manager Joe is very good at making himself seem nice and trustworthy. Had I realized I was getting such a low figure for my car I would have walked away and done a private party sale. Again my fault should have checked the numbers but these people are not honest.

I only really came in for my oil change on my 2013 Optima Hybrid, but walked out with a brand new Optima! I thought I would have been stuck for the remainder of my long term loan being way way upside down, but Robert Heredia shocked me in getting it paid off, so that I was able to get out of mine before I ran out of warranty. I loved my car and will miss it, but happy I have a new one and glad I bought it here this time with the better warranty and lifetime oil changes! Thanks

I highly recommend DeLand Kia!

As the daughter of a former car salesman, I have had my share of having to make my rounds at car lots and I am not usually a fan. DeLand Kia was such a different experience for me though, and I actually enjoyed it. From our two sales guys--ask for Cristian and Gonzalo--, the finance manager (who will make you laugh the whole time your doing your boring paperwork), and the guys who take your picture at the end, we were treated like family from the very beginning instead of the usual stuffy business manner where you feel like you are being harassed.

Cristian and Gonzalo were the dream team to work with! Thursday we test drove my Kia Soul and Gonzalo told us all about the amazing features it hashe even taught my mom some new things about her used Kia that she bought from another dealership 6 months ago. We came back on Friday and had the pleasure of of working with Cristian who has the best customer service skills and the friendliest spirt you will ever meet. You will feel like you made a new best friend. If are looking for a good car experience without the cutthroat environment you normally feel at the other car lots, DeLand Kia is the place to go!

I purchased a vehicle from Deland Kia yesterday. After receiving an online price quote for the vehicle I was interested in from Monica Jones, we made an appointment for the following day to test drive it. I dealt with David Rabias for the sale. He answered my questions in a knowledgeable and straightforward way, with no pressure. After deciding I wanted the vehicle, David completed the paperwork and handed me over to their finance man, a calm professional who handled the process very efficiently. Once completed, David helped me get the vehicle to my home.
All in all every person I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and professional, and I am confident that my future interactions with them will continue to be just as helpful.

It was such an experience.
I'm 21 and I have decent credit so far, none of the banks they applied to for financing wanted to accept me.
The boss and my salesman Michael Massie worked and fought with people for about an hour on the phones, calling in favors and the works.
It wasn't until another thirty minutes had gone by Mike walks in and pats my shoulder saying congratulations, I am now the owner of a 2017 Kia Forte. I am beyond thrilled with the car, with the service, the people were alright too.
I probably won't be doing business with anyone else ever again.

Thanks to everyone at Deland Kia I am loving my new Forte. Everyone was friendly and understanding of my needs. I didn't feel like a piece of meat in a shark tank like at other dealers. The sales manager was great, he was super informative and let me take my time going over everything. Way better than anywhere else around!!
