I was able to negotiate the purchase of a car and trade-in of my used car, all remotely. They gave me a price for my car without seeing it, based on my description, and the car I purchased turned out to be better than what I expected. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This was the second car I have purchased from Fields BMW of Daytona in the last seven years. The first was a certified used 328i, which I just traded in for a certified used 528i. The staff here is great. I purchased both vehicles from Tom Ackley. He is an excellent salesman. On both occasions, he made the buying process very easy on my wife and I. Very helpful, accommodating, and honest. We highly recommend him.

Michael Pollard is an absolute amazing person. I know he sells BMW's but he is not a salesperson. He has helped me with the purchase of 2 BMW's and I could not have asked for more when it comes his expertise and knowledge. He is such a professional and makes the buying experience so easy. What a terrible experience I had at Fields BMW in Daytona today!
I saw the advertisement for a vehicle on their website and after confirming the vehicle was there I headed over to the dealership, from Orlando where I reside. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that the price was incorrect on the website and the car was not $19,999 it was actually $40,290. The car has been listed for $19,999 for more than 24 hours and no effort was made to fix the price. The sales person was very nice and immediately after showing me the vehicle got me a manager to discuss the price confusion. The manager Matt Hoffman told me he could discount the vehicle $700 out of the $40,290 for my inconvenience. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever been to. A customer should not have to bite the bullet for their mistakes. I had the money available to purchase the car right away and what I got was 2 hours wasted driving there and no car. I will take my business to another dealership from now on.

Second car i got from here. My first was a lease. I decided to buy a 435i this time. It was used, not a certified per owned but they treated me like i bought a CPO.

After i bought the car, i saw there was threads showing on my front tires, they replaced both tires and did alignment for $79 bucks (tires alone are 400 each). They also gave me a 2nd key for my car even though it didn't come with one (another $400) at no charge.

They also fixed curb damage on my rims at a heavily discounted price.

Gabe took care of me - ask for him. All aces in my book. Super happy with my 435i. I will be back for the M4 one day!

I sent an email to Fields BMW to see if they had any CPO X1’s available. I got a phone call immediately from Michael Pollard explain his inventory and discussing the credit application process to see what I would qualify for. Within 2 days I walked away with a better car than I anticipated being able to get, an interest rate of 1% and was done with the paperwork process in less than 30 minutes. It was an absolutely amazing experience at Fields BMW and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Michael was prompt and professional, and worked hard at getting me the best car for the best deal. My trade in was also from Fields BMW and I will continue to make the drive to Fields BMW, despite the fact that I have a closer BMW dealership in my city. Fields BMW truly has the best, most efficient staff to make car buying a much better and faster process than most people anticipate.

Fabulous experience from start to finish!
Client Advisor Michael Pollard had confirmed availability of the cars we were interested in via a phone call. When we arrived we found he had pulled 2 of the 4 cars to the front of the showroom parking lot as they were the best of the best. He was right.
Enter KC Ozut, BMW Genius, who helped us with test drives. It's scary how much he knows about BMW's.
We picked the one we wanted and sat down with Michael to consummate the deal. This was an easy and fair experience, no back and forth necessary, a nice touch. The finance Manager Tara was very professional as well.
Finally our delivery BMW Genius Randy Lynch went through the entire car from front to back, top to bottom. Again scary knowledge and much appreciated.
Did I mention we are from Jacksonville, an hour and a half away? Thanks again to Michael and the entire Fields team.

I have been a car enthusiast for my entire life, and the last 40, have had numerous Mercedes. I had been looking on and off for a diesel R Series for some time. Finally, what appeared to be a low mileage, well maintained and cared for vehicle, surfaced at Fields of Daytona BMW— and indeed it was. It was my good fortune to speak with Matt Hoffman. As I live in New Jersey, Matt became my eyes in this transaction providing an accurate and honest description on the vehicle. I flew into Orlando and was picked up by one of his associates. Matt was true to his words— there were no surprises, the car is wonderful. It was a very easy transaction as Matt had prepared all the paperwork ahead of time. I would not hesitate in recommending Matt to anyone purchasing a vehicle.
