Purchased my wifes vw golf from here about 6 months ago. They were so patient while walking us thru each vehicle and explaining all the pro's and con's of each vehicle until we found THE perfect one. Really happy with the purchase. We have also brought it in for all the oil changes (wife drives for a living) which were quick and affordable and they were so helpful with all our questions. They use only the best of oils. They only sell VW and audi's so they know what they are doing when it comes to these german engineered lil devil's. Thanks very much for being so nice and helpful!

We've been taking our car here for years. We're excellent customers. Always paid our bills in full. Never argued about the bill. The last time we took our Audi and dropped it off, the car sat on Park Ave. Motors lot for over 3 weeks. We never heard from them. Finally we called and asked them what they were doing with our car. They told us they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to come pick it up. We were in Jacksonville and stopped by on our way home to pick it up. Half way home my husband notices the windshield of the car has a huge hole in it just behind the rearview mirror. We called and asked them to check their security cameras and to please replace the windshield because it happened on their lot. They are saying the car was like that when they got it and refuse to replace the windshield. We are regular customers. I never thought this business would be so dishonest. If you drop your car off take a picture of it before you leave. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. I would have highly recommended them before this.

I've been going in for two cars and about 5 to 7 years now. I drive 30 minutes to get here because I truly do trust this shop. They're much more affordable than the dealer as well. Not only are they trustworthy and "affordable", but they are communicative, efficient, and fast. Can't recommend them enough.

Absolute experts! Super clean vehicles for sale that are ready for a road trip right off the lot! Amazing Service from basic maintenance to the most involved repairs done right the first time! Straightforward, honest and trustworthy staff that treat you and your vehicle with respect and appreciation! They are worth the drive from anywhere! I can't recommend them enough!
